We had returned to our home city for my birthday to catch up with friends.Drakes was perfectly located for a base. The staff were so friendly and professional. If you don't mind stairs to the upper level rooms, this is the place for you. Great cocktail menu too. Want to make this my annual birthday treat.... Read more

We had a 7 night stopover in this wonderful hotel. Can not rate it highly enough. Rooms were as described and perfect for our stay. Clean and well run. Right on the front of the sea shore. Staff were the outstanding as super friendly and helpful. Big rooms and has limited parking which we were very happy to get and note this is an additional charge but this is Brighton so no moans here. Lots of nice touches but perhaps as this is Brighton a nod to being greener and more sustainable might be the next consideration? Highly recommend.... Read more
