I would say quite overpriced for the level of work carried out(purchase of land), v high charges for phone calls/emails etc, Few careless admin mistakes along the way, slow to respond. However we got there in the end with the assistance of a family member and another other lawyer firm.... Read more

I've dealt with several estate agents in the area recently and Kingsley Wood in Bridge of Weir are by far the best. Personal service, attention to detail and responsiveness are clearly important to them and they do all of that and more. Friendly office with excellent staff. They excelled in helping us secure our current rental. As a landlord I manage my own property but if I was to use an agency in the future it would be this one. Thanks to Pamela and the staff....
