I have never been treated so well or my interests better catered for than when Hames Estates were looking after some property for me. Their attention to detail was way beyond my expectations and they will do whatever they need to in order to provide a superior service. This ethic is not just present with the agents, but from the charming young lady in reception to the boss himself, they simply could not do more for their clients. Their choice of tenant was superb and as i live in Northern Ireland, they also dealt with everyday issues as well as, or even better than, I would have done myself. Sold me a house, then no follow up. House fell through and was made homeless no call to see what had happened? Removed the advert on Rightmove that was on before and just re added the house to Rightmove like it had been added new. Said on the phone that their job is to sell the house and nothing more. Feel like re adding a house to Rightmove is pulling the wool over people's eyes. Why remove it in the first place if it was never completed. Kept saying things often go wrong with paperwork on new builds but then refused to answer when I asked when building would be complete as that is not their job. I feel it would be morally wrong for someone to end up in our situation again but Hames just said their job is just to sell houses. So obviously screw the aftercare unless your the seller....
