Received an extremely condescending voicemail from some member of staff about an offer I made. It was totally unacceptable to say "it was like you to offer lower than the home report". Seemed to rant on for a few minutes about it and to be honest I was just taken aback by her rudeness. I would definitely not recommend this agent for selling or buying if that is the attitude of staff.... Read more
