My experience with Kodi Lucas has been fantastic, I would recommend them to anyone and really wouldn't go with any other Estate Agent. I found the bigger chains to be very pushy and it felt like I was just a number, with Kodi Lucas its been a very pleasant and smooth experience. This a private, family run business and the agents work in the client's best interest. I was also impressed by the stance on gazumping - it's very much not allowed.

My experience of the service provided by Kodi Lucas has been exemplary from the first meeting right up to date.
In the first meeting they were extremely friendly and helpful and arranged a valuation viewing for me on the same day.
Their valuer attended on time and was very professional and friendly, explaining all that would happen and various things they would need to do and when, then the things we would need to do.
Having agreed to sign up with Kodi Lucas, they advised that the photographer would be round the next day and the IT people would be round within a couple of days. The sale board was up the day after I first engaged them.
The property is now listed with the usual property sites only 4 standard working days after my first visit, with viewings already booked in.
I find Kodi Lucas to be extremely efficient, fast, professional and helpful, and I would have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending anyone to use them when selling their house.

Kodi Lucas was a fairly new estate agents on Moreton when I listed my property. Dan was professional yet dynamic and friendly in his approach. Always at the end of a text with any problems and a nice hamper when we completed which with a 4 day old baby was gratefully received.

Have used Kodi Lucas for a number of services (arranging insurances and financial advice) and have recommended them to a number of patients who have been able to easily buy / sell / rent properties with good individual feedback. Would strongly recommend them to anyone, plus they are the py estate agents in moreton who arep genuinely invested in the community and have a number of initiatives on the go which will raise the profile and quality of the area we live in.

If you are looking to use kodi lucas for a property, I wouldnt hesitate.
I have just rented an apartment with them.
I was given notice on my flat and found a property I liked.
Jan was my agent and from start to finish she was friendly and very helpful.
Process is very easy too, no stress and no hassle. Also very quick...from accepting the property to the credit check and references,to being accepted and signing the contract took less that 12 hours. .5 star work guys

Have spent over two months trying to find a suitable property in south Liverpool and have had to deal with some pretty unprofessional agents who take little interest in the tenant and know very little of the property. Kodi Lucas are an exception to this. Very clear at all times, with scrupulous checking on both sides and able to build a relationship with the tenant. I highly recommend them.

Having looked to use a number of letting agents in the Bury area to secure my desired apartment, I found them to be unhelpful and did not seem to want to help. I came across Kodi Lucas online, and I am extremely pleased I did. Rob and Stephen were fantastic, kept me up to date through the whole process via email and phone. Feel bad giving them 1 star as the service was terrible and they don't even deserve it. Firstly last month the viewer turned up in shorts and T-shirt, turned up late no apology, a horrible attitude and then the property I was assured would be secured was taken by another company, bluerow i believe. The agent didn't even know until we walked into the building. Anyway absolute Joke. Have begun my search with bluerow and they already are miles above this joke of a company!!
