Found all the staff at Martin & Co to be very friendly and helpful. They let us visit the property several times and kept us informed of developments over an extended period due to probate. We didn't have to chase them up as they constantly liaised with us and tge vendor's solicitors. Would highly recommend them for buying and selling your property.

Cannot recommend Martin and Co. enough. I have been renting a property through them for over four years and have always found them to be helpful, professional, and quick to respond when any issues have arisen.
Zara is always polite and helpful when completing property inspections, and I have complete peace of mind as a tenant.

Martin and Co Moreton have been an amazing agency throughout our time with them. We’re currently renting a property and have done for the past almost 6 years. Always helpful with advice and the property management department are second to none! They always go above and beyond to help and sort issues with a property in perfect time. Zara, who deals with all my queries and completes inspections is very kind, respectful and professional, even my pooch loves her visiting. She’s a credit to Martin and Co. My partner and I currently rent a property from Martin and Co and I have to say I have found the entire team a joy to work with. They are friendly, professional, hardworking and have a genuine desire to give the best service possible. Recent, when on holiday, we had a disaster of having a burst pipe. The team were proactive in our absence and did their utmost to ensure that our home was not completely destroyed whilst we were away. We have a lot to thank them for and I can't recommend them enough!

What a waste of space the majority of the staff in the office in Moreton are, the owner Alan Rooke puts his name to a house inspection, when in reality he hasn,t even been to the property !! He abused me in the shop in front of staff, his wife came out and added her twopence worth, when she didn,t have a clue what she was talking about !!
Rented a house through this crew, it,s not fit to live in !!
AVOID this company at all costs and there Bebington office, they blame each other for the problems but fail to put right there mistakes

I asked Alan at Martins to look after my rental property after I had had a few difficulties with one of my tenants. Alan vetted my new tenant and subsequently found another when she left.
Both looked after the property well but the regular updates after inspections give me confidence that all is well.
Martins sort out the Gas Safe Certificate and more recently overveiwed a new boiler installation.
They have a number of contractors who will undertake little repairs for you which is reasureing as I live 100 miles from the property.
Most important the rent is in my account as soon as it has been paid.

I have used Martin & Co as my agents for the last seven years. In all that time I've found them to be very professional and also very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are totally reliable and always available at the end of the phone. They keep me fully informed at all times with regard to my property.
