I've just sold my house with BFL Moreton Wirral and the experience from start to finish was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I would like to specifically mention Dan who dealt with sales progression. The sale & purchase involved a long chain where the solicitors throughout the chain seemed incapable of communicating with each other... which became very stressful. However, Dan kept me sane!! He was extremely helpful and and went above and beyond in ensuring everything went through - benefitting the whole chain, even those not using BFL

Dan in sales progression handled my sale perfectly, he couldnt do enough for me. I found myself in a really difficult situation in a really long and complicated chain, however, Dan was constantly on the case, liaising with my solicitor, my buyers solicitor and other estate agents, making sure all the cogs in the chain lined up so we could complete my sale in a timely manner.. I couldn’t recommend him and Bradshaw Farnham and Lea enough.

On the whole, everyone we spoke to was helpful, and polite and passed on messages etc.
Louise Atkinson however was extremely helpful, she went that extra mile to sort things out and overcome any problems that cropped up.
She liaised with all parties, although the other parties solicitors were quite not on the ball.
Overall, a really helpful and pleasant member of your team.

Viewed a house with this company on Saturday. The lady who came out wasn't very helpful and stood outside the house when my partner and I went in. I understand their are COVID related restrictions in place but we were all wearing masks and sanitized our hands as we went in, we have been to other viewings where the agent comes in and shows us round - keeping a safe distance and wearing a protective mask. It made the whole viewing uneasy as we weren't able to ask questions or be shown the home properly so didn't quite know what to make of it.
They then called me today to follow up on the house and what I thought. I mentioned that I didn't think we would be interested in going for a second viewing or making an offer and was about to explain why when the lady I was speaking to hung up on me mid sentence.
This is my personal experience but based on these two things, I would not recommend using this company.

Outstanding. All the staff take customer service extremely seriously and greet every customer with smiles and a positive attitude. They showed endless patience and persistence when faced with lack of information and delays from other agencies in the chain and were always totally professional. They even gave advice and support to our purchasers when their agents were less than efficient.

Don't waste your time with other estate agents on the Wirral, BFL have an absolutely amazing team and are the definition of excellent customer service. Louise worked endlessly to facilitate a smooth sale and was always available. Abi and Jessica were excellent and cannot thank them enough. Very polite and always helpful. You won't get this level of service from the other estate agents on the Wirral and can speak from experience dealing with 4 other Estate Agents prior to using BFL.

As you know our sale completed on the 14th of December and I felt it important to thank you and the team for the very professional service you provided to us. We found your rate competitive and any concerns we did have with you not having an office in Wallasey were ill founded. Living remotely from the house (some 4 hours away) meant that we were very reliant on you to be our local support in achieving a sale and progressing it from that point.
Your market appraisal was spot on which was especially important as we had lost touch with the local market conditions and the sale price achieved was pitched just right to get a good level of interest and a prompt sale at a fair price. Your ability to maintain the chain even after a buyer dropped out was exemplary as was your free sales progressor service which kept the chain aligned both directly (in person) and via the solicitors.
All in all I have been very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other potential sellers.

All the staff have been very helpful and managed to achieve an above asking price offer even know we had the property on with 2 other agents who where unsuccessful in finding us a buyer. My House was sold within weeks by Bradshaw Farnham & Lea, after being on the market with a rival agent for months.
They took good pictures of the house, and had it on the market really quickly. They also provided excellent communication all the way through the sale process.
I recommend if you are trying to sell your house in the Moreton area on the Wirral.
