From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice.
It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale.

Nick Cabo was our mortgage advisor. We weren’t totally sure what to expect as we’d been with Hugo Kelly since the very start but Nick was absolutely spot on. When it came time for our mortgage renewal Nick went over absolutely every detail with us. It was clear to see he wanted us to get the best deal possible that suited our circumstances. Something we were very grateful considering the cost of living crisis.
He held off putting our application through with Santander to ensure we got the best interest rate. He is a credit to Jones and Chapman!

Nick in Greasby provided an amazing customer experience and secured a mortgage offer very quickly and with little to no stress. I found him to be really approachable, supportive, honest and made me feel really valued as a customer. No hard selling, just great service in my experience.
Nick provided excellent advice on my mortgage options and researched on each option and took the time to go through them with me to ensure it met my needs and requirements. He kept me informed throughout the process.

As a first time buyer I was new to the whole mortgage process so decided to shop around and saw a few advisors, in the end I decided to go with Jones and Chapman’s advisor Nick who is in Greasby. Where others failed, Nick took the time to fully explain the whole process to me, finding me the best deals and took the time to answer all my questions, having a very busy job Nick made himself available outside of normal business hours and even did an appointment for me on a Sunday, I could not recommend this guy enough.

I can’t fault the service we've been provided by Jones and Chapman Greasby team and couldn’t recommend them enough.
Claire Cabo valued my house at a very reasonable price (higher than other estate agents had, and it went for just under what she valued at, so she was right to value it higher!) she gave me her number that I could contact her on 24/7. They did not contact me too much - just when necessary.
They knew I wanted to buy, so I needed a quick sale. They had a professional photographer arranged for the next day and my house was online in under 24 hours. Claire and the team worked really hard as they knew I really wanted my house to sell and they arranged 3 viewings before it was even online and my house was snapped up!
They put your house on all the online sites including a tik tok video which really helps.
Then I was appointed to Olivia who took care of us the rest of the way. Olivia is an absolute credit to the team, so professional and a very lovely person. There was some issues with the property we wanted to purchase with another estate agent.. Olivia provided all the support she could with this..even if it was just a chat!
They made it feel like we were talking to friends rather than estate agents, although always remained professional, they have gone above and beyond for us and made what is usually a challenging process stress free.

Claire and the team were very efficient, communicative and easy to deal with. The high number of viewings and eventual sale are all testament to the professionalism of The team. Just a few criticisms. The initial asking price was set too high which led to a delay in the sale and setting a flat rate at this price was slightly misleading. Also, my biggest criticism would be the inexperience of your solicitor who had no experience of probate and demanded documents in dribs and drabs, rather than giving us a comprehensive list at an earlier date.
Overall, we were pleased with your work, but felt it could have been conducted more speedily.

I was fortunate therefore to stumble upon the great staff at Jones & Chapman Greasby who have consistently brought property onto my desk that matches my criteria.
Furthermore, they manage to do it in a super friendly and yet professional manner.
Not all Estate Agents are the same! Far from it, and for what it's worth, I don't think I've complemented one until now!
