Worest,,,,please don't choose this agency My experience with Kube Homes over the last three months has been nothing short of exhausting and infuriating. I’ve dealt with problem after problem, and every time I reached out for help, they either completely ignored me or responded with excuses that made it seem like everything was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with such a lack of care and accountability. I have recently had an experience with Kube Homes Agent. I have actually made a mistake by choosing one of the homes with them. The First look at their office and smart Agents will leave you with a good impression. Even the House I got is a good one, but it is post sell support that is worst than worst. They charge you the maximum amount one normally can. But they will not even take your calls dont have the courtesy to call back. Lie to your face consistently. Very bad at managing their own people. That's why I have hated it. But if you are just looking for a good place to stay, and take care of all the things yourself afterwards, then they are no better than any other agency in West London, feel free to try....
