Very bad experience, when ever contacted regarding a problem with the property they say to deal with the owner our self, they are helping dodgy landlords let their properties for rent and let tenants suffer.

Following a family bereavement my family and I had to sell a house in Heston, Middlesex. A number of local estate agents were approached but we chose to use Shaw & Co. as the manager, Shiv Sahonta, was so impressive.
Shiv Sahonta visited to give a valuation and, with great experience of the area, he suggested an asking price that was realistic and honest. He was very professional, friendly and punctual. Living 150 miles away our situation was a little unusual but we were able to discuss it easily with him and felt confident to leave the sale in his hands. In the event, a number of prospective buyers were soon found and the house was quickly sold.
The manager and his staff were very efficient, keeping us fully informed at all times. Being so far away we could not easily go and take meter readings, etc. so Shiv personally went to the house to deal with all outstanding matters. We received a first class service.
For anyone buying or selling property in the Heston, Middx. area we would whole heartedly recommend this company.

I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I must. Shaw & Co have been brilliant in selling my parent's house, which hasn't been easy. Sheetal is especially worthy of a mention as her professionalism and tenacity ensured the sale progressed. Sheetal kept me informed at all stages relaying information quickly. Throughout a series of infuriating issues with the "Asset Management Company" who were acting on behalf of the vendor in our buying process, Shaw & Co were constantly supportive, and Sheetal Suri was always available to offer advice and chase things up for us.
Without Sheetal's support we might have become frustrated enough to pull out, and now we are happily settling in to our new home we are very grateful to her for making us feel that the struggle was worth it. We would recommend Shaw and Co unreservedly.

I would definitely recommend Shaw&Co. They offer a very professional service and are both knowledgeable and friendly, in fact nothing was too much trouble.
I dealt with Sheetal and Shiv who went above and beyond to make sure my sale continued to completion. They were always at the end of the phone for any queries I had and kept me regularly updated.

I would highly recommend the services of Shaw&co.
Sheetal & Shiv both went above and beyond during the entire process to make sure our sale progressed to completion.
Sheetal and Shiv were very professional providing me with regular updates throughout the process. In fact I felt like I knew Sheetal by the end and her bubbly personality was always welcoming at the end of the phone.
