Outstanding service! Lakin provide exactly what is needed from a property management agency. I recently had to find new tenants for my flat and there were a few issues along the way. The team at Lakin sent daily updates which took the worry out of what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you!

Highly recommended. By far the best estate agent there is! I am very lucky to have come across Lakin & Co. especially for a first time renter like myself.
Chris, Emma, Glenn, Michelle and everyone from property management team have been SUPER attentive. Any concerns and issues I have - they will resolve it straightaway.
Professional, prompt and they add personal touch with their services. From the moment I moved in - and received a welcome box to the annual maintenance and checks, there are no words to describe how grateful I am for making this experience easy for me.
Living alone is challenging and can be daunting at times but I feel very assured as a tenant that I am being looked after.
I am super happy that they chose my application for the pretty house that I live right now.
Really appreciate the team's support and wishing them all the success.

I would like to say a big thank you to Chris and his team.
I found Lakin and CO on a Google search when we were in a difficult position trying to change the maintenance and care of our house to a friendly, professional and family-run agency. We were very lucky to find from the first contact a very professional and caring team, Chris helped us to leave the previous agency, came to the house, and made notice of all the necessary repairs to the house. The contractors under the supervision of Lauren did excellent work. Finding tenants for Chriss's team was a straightforward job.
Most importantly all this time communication between us was always impeccable.

Still waiting for the property maintenance team to call me back. I’m wanting to make a complaint about the tenants they’ve put in the house next to me! I would never use this agency for my properties. It’s been a horrible experience, if this continues we would be looking to move! The tenants are loud, have no respect for their surroundings/other neighbours or the property! This agency is a joke!

Dear Mr Lakin,
Thank you for your response. I am relieved to see that you have a more measured tone in your message below and not like the aggressive and threatening email I received from you following my initial review.
There was really no need for you to threaten me with legal action if I didn't remove my factual review concerning your agency. However, I am surprised to see that you are accusing me of being defamatory and my review as being untrue.
Let me clarify for you. As you can see from my initial review above. I am complaining about your staff not returning my calls or responding to emails. I am not questioning the speed your employees pick up the phone or your computer generated acknowledgement to my emails. I think you'd agree these are two very different things and you are mistaken.
As already stated, the only communication I have received from you is a threatening and aggressive email, threatening me with legal action if I didn't take down my review. Happy to publish your email if it helps.
Furthermore, as I already stated in my email to you, I couldn't care less what you or the owner thinks, you do not have to live next to your tenants and I have taken your advice and reported your tenants to the Police and to the local Council. They have both taken my complaint seriously and agree that we should not be harassed by your tenants or have to put up with any antisocial behaviour. Going forward I have a direct line to report any further disturbances.
Please ask your tenants not to trespass onto or cause further criminal damage to my property.
As previously stated in my email. Your email was shared with my neighbours who will contact the Police or Council directly if we have any further issues. That is why they have not contacted you or the landlord directly.
I trust this clarifies my position and clears up any misunderstanding on your part.

I purchased a flat from another local estate agent with a view to renting to increase my retirement pension. I met with the selling agent and Lakin & Co with a view to the rental market. Lakin knew the local market in Ruislip exceptionally well. They had lined up 15 viewings within the first couple of days. Lauren D was exceptionally helpful and it was probably due to her that I went with Lakin. Chris Lakin was extremely informative and helpful. Nothing was too much bother to explain, very important to a new landlord. They found me a very suitable tenant immediately. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Yvonne worked really hard to get us our first rental property in the country. Efficiently handled all concerns and guided us well. Lakin & Co went through all legit checks and followed required policies, especially Yvonne went above and beyond to help expedite our moving in process.

Truly amazing service received from this lettings company. Yvonne and Harry were brilliant in assisting us from viewing until successfully signing the contract of lease and moving in the property.
