I had such a wonderful experience with Romans Letting & Estate Agent especially with Adrian.
Adrian was kind, patient and supportive. I did the viewing with Adrian on a Thursday, he made sure all the paperwork swiftly completed on Friday/Saturday and I moved in on Monday, two days later!, just the way I wanted to!!! Zara was supportive with the insurance too. It there was a six or seven star I definitely would have given a it lol.

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
This company is prearranging rent to their favourite customers before even arranging viewings and then they just let people do viewings with no outcomes as tenants already selected prior that stage.
They have no roles of dealing with customers and fake excuses and lied to me every time I tried to speak to them to understand the situation.

We had issues with our previous housemates from our previous residence since they were not allowing the agency to provide the landlord's reference, which was necessary to get the new housing contract with the Romans. For us, Zara worked as the point of contact in Romans. Zara was the one who recognised my problem and made numerous attempts to help us fulfil the terms of the property contract at a time when we were in a precarious position due to my pregnancy. And it was only because of Zara's diligence, supporting nature and kind personality that I obtained the contract. I owe Zara a lot.

We sold our property via Romans in April 2021. We were a bit apprehensive regarding putting our house on the market in lockdown but Arun who was working with us was extremely careful and paid attention to all our needs. Viewings were organised in a safe manner with enough notice being provided to us and feedback always passed onto to us within 24hrs. After a couple of viewings, we received an offer very close to our asking price and we were very happy to proceed. Massive shout out to both Arun and Sad who looked after us properly during the time. They even arranged the moving out logistics so we didn't have to worry about that. Would definitely recommend if you want a professional and customer focussed service.

Used them through another scheme.
They are very friendly but extremely hard to get a hold of due to their phone lines being busy or directing to head office.
Compared to other agents it felt like they overestimated our house by a lot, which after explaining to them how our advert has been doing they reduced their estimate.
Confident sellers to us when competing with other agents to advertise our property but sometimes came across overconfident
Developer would pay if we sold the house as we wanted to reserve a new house with the developer. So ive put 1 as im unsure of price.,

i should not have paid £390.00 upfront at all because romans did not put my property on the market. no viewing made because it was not advertised. please get my money refunded to me. the agent was llewlleyn dettoit from west drayton branch. very bad service. please investigate. his excuse was because of the lock down there was no viewing.
