Excellent service always. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Lettings management is very good and they do what is possible to help and rectify any issues.
I use the full management service and hardly ever need to get involved.
Ketan , lettings manager, is very thorough and provides great reassurance and confidence that the people renting my property are highly vetted all checks done to make sure issues will further down the line are extremely rare.
I highly recommend Cameron estate agents.

Cameron to me so far is the best agent as far as our renting goes. They are very quick in response and very active in getting viewings. I found my new home (fingers crossed) with Cameron Estate Agents. Adam Harris was my first point of contact- very professional and friendly and showed me that he was listening to my requirements. Made the whole process very easy. Then I was in contact with Ahmad Sakhi who, again, was very easy to talk with and explained everything really well.
Now, in this last stage of the process, I'm dealing with the Charlotte Hood who is honestly great. Very quick to deal with queries and I feel valued.

I am planning to buy my first home so I approached many estate companies. The most responsive estate agents are from Cameron.
I just made a call to inquire about a property which I found on primelocation, very next day Cameron arranged 6 to 7 properties viewing in a day and that was amazing as I didn't had good experience with other estate agents.

I have been buying a house through Cameron and have to take the time to write a review (which I never do). I have spoken to a few members of the team over the past few months, but have to give a special shout out to Lucie and Victoria who have been excrptional in their tenacity, patience and delivery. They are professional, they keep me updated, they kept looking and looking and have good humour and personality with it.
On one occasion, Lucie even doubled back for my viewing so my patents could see a house with me when she didn't have to. Such commitment and such a nice person.
Would have no doubt recommending them to anyone if you want good service and fairness when buying.

My husband and I sold our house in West Drayton in April of this year through Cameron.
We could not have a better service provided by Victoria, Trent and Eden who conducted themselves in a very professional and equally friendly manor. We had a deadline to purchase our dream home in Spain but had issues with our original buyer, where we pulled out. Eden pushed the boat out and found new buyers at the last moment, as for Victoria we could not thank her enough for the extra work and determination so we could meet our deadline. Victoria did not stop helping once the sale completed and was always available to assist with any questions or issues afterwards.

AVOID AS A PLAGUE
I moved in to one of their flats around two weeks ago. The moment I stepped out to a balcony I knew that it hasn't been cleaned for years. It was covered in bird droppings, VERY dusty, and could not be described by any other word than "disgusting". I contacted Cameron ,and explained to them in a very polite manner that since I'd been promised a property cleaned to the highest standards I should be allowed to expect someone to pop in and clean the balcony. I was asked to use their online form ,and even though I did , haven't heard from anyone for another couple of days. Finally less than a week ago the property manager Charley got back to me, a direct quote: "Our contractor from K and S will attend and clean the balcony". This morning I called them up to ask for an update, Charley told me that actually no cleaning company would be coming ,and to ignore her previous email stating otherwise. When asked why no one told me about that sudden change, she responded "I did just now, didn't I?". Wow. Someone could argue that an apology ,or at least "sorry" would be more suitable, I however highly value having the guts to be so openly disrespectful.
After that I was repeatedly told that the balcony went from tidy to dirty beyond imagination due to two week non attendance between the moment the previous tenant moved out and the moment I moved in, which could make any sense at all only if The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock was a documentary.
Moreover I had to sign THREE tenancy agreements due to multiple errors on Camerons side in their previous two "attempts".
If this wasn't enough Cameron tried to unlawfully charge me agency fees even though those charges have been banned by the government. Only when confronted with a legal letter they revoked the decision.

I was happy with Trent who showed me the property and how it could be remodelled. But after the agreed sale, the sales progressors were really pushy and made me uncomfortable. They where not there to help me as a buyer but they only wanted to move the process forward without understanding my concerns. As a first time buyer, a lot of things they said made me anxious. I think their support especially for young people should be better as we have no experience in this market.

Good experience with the whole process, questions were answered very promptly over email and referencing was painless. Very happy with the level of customer service we've received from Ketan. I think I received a call maybe 30 minutes after inquiring to view a flat, and within a day or so was viewing one suited to our needs and within our stated budget. Judging by our experience so far, we'd recommend this agency.

Sales/marketing team were great, especially Trent, who clearly researches his properties prior to viewings, this research is clear by his ability to answer questions quickly an confidentially. Once the sale and purchase were agreed, Victoria and Charlotte did a fantastic job, chasing and resolving a number of complex challenges throughout the process, remaining positive, committed and professional at all times.
The thing that impressed me most about the team, was their dedication. All 3 of the team listed above, called, emailed, worked out of hours, on weekends and public holidays to secure the transaction, they certainly all went, well above the call of duty.
In short, I cannot recommend Cameron enough, Victoria, Trent, Charlotte are all a credit to the company.

These guys are just robbers in suits. Their T&C are unfair and designed to serve their own financial interest, what you say in a dispute situation does not matter to them.
I'm now determined to share my experience on trustpilot.co.uk. the power is in customers hand, I urge anyone to first stay away from this guys and secondly, if too late, share their experiences here and on trustpilot.
I rented a 2 bed flat through these guys. Although not much went wrong during my tenancy but they took me for a ride when it came to end of my tenancy and I wanted my deposit back.
They held all of deposit back because of cleaning charge and a window privacy film on the doors of living room leading to the balcony. The film was put on using water and washing up liquid. So because of £250 which was made up of 190 for cleaning and 60 quid for removal of the film, my whole deposit was held ransom.
The flat was handed back in spotless condition. The agent failed to prove to me where or which part of the property was not cleaned. During the thrilling 2 months battle and an eventual court filing, the agent had no evidence to charge for any of the claim they made and I was able to get my money back.
Problem summary:
1. Now according the refund policy, they should have paid the balance right away but did not.
2. The agent or landlord cannot enforce cleaning charge onto tenants - that's what the law says.
3. 2 months on, the window still had the privacy film on but I was charged for removal of this film - this was a shameless attempt to rob me of my 60 quid.
Update 1.07.2018; no one from your team has been able to comment on this point. Either you are ignorant or you know nothing.
4. I was dealing with a robot which had a "senior property manager" tag on and called Anna and who demonstrated experience of a school drop-out.
She was pathetic, incompetent and robotic who did not understand the case at all.
Update: in response to their response bellow; I have no interest in attacking your staff. My case was handled by a true incompetent manager. The public needs to know this fact. Hire people who can do the job if you care about your business reputation.
The outcome:
After 2 months of emails and court application I got my 250 back with an apology from the director. The director I have to say is capable and quite understanding.
Advice:
Do your research and know your tenants right and the law governing tenancy. Particularly around cleaning charges.
Clean your property properly at the end however you don't have to have it professionally cleaned. It's a scam. Cleaning companies charge 75 quid for a 2 bed 2 bathroom property but agents charge you many times more than that for it.
View estate agents as filthy leeches who will attempt to suck money off your pocket. Be prepared to fight them off with knowledge about your rights.
And avoid using Cameron estate agents.

Cameron's are probably the biggest agents in West Drayton. This has contributed to making them oily and smug. They are invariably snoooty and unhelpful. It's difficult to identify what they add to the buying process except another layer of difficulty. We wouldn't use them again for our next sale.

I did purchase a 2 bedroom apartment from them and the whole process went smoothly even tho it was stresful at times due to a difficult seller.

God help you if Gabriela Rutledge is your agent. She caused hundreds of pounds of damage through her carelessness and general stupidity, at no cost to herself or Cameron. The owners of the property footed the majority of the bill. Cameron was also unable to replace a broken dishwasher in our property for nearly 3 months, and I mean 3 months after the owners asked for it to be replaced. At 1225/mo, I expect a working dishwasher. The check out report was riddled with errors and, when we left before the last day of the month, our rent that was supposed to be prorated and reimbursed to us, was not. So we paid for the beginning of the next tenants' stay. My husband and I are in the process filing formal complaints.

As an overseas landlord, I have been highly dissatisfied with this property managing agent, particularly the Head of the Leasing Department, Michelle Mellars. She is very rude, does not look after your interests as the landlord and takes no responsibility for her negligence and the many mistakes of her team. They do no due diligence in selecting tenants, do no collect rent regularly, fail to do what you ask and do not communicate problems.
I am now taking legal action to try to recover 3 months of rent in arrears and stolen furniture from my last tenants, and filing a formal complain against Cameron Group to the Ombudsman, the legal body that protect the interests of landlords.
This is the worse agent I have had to deal with.
