Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of one of the staff, he’s bald and short, he got absolutely no professional mannerism, so rude and unfriendly, I phoned to enquire regarding a property on phone he said something else once I got to the branch he was being so sacarsm, landlords if you seeing this you just lost a tenant thanks to this man! Invest with someone else with your property, never let them take ‘care’ of your home. So unpleasant experience, raging right now! You lost a tenant due to someone’s behaviour which wasn’t even the landlords fault! Can’t believe he’s so rude and unfriendly! -

I've been dealing with Andy for many years, he has always given me sensible, considered advice. Good estate agency relies on good contacts and knowledge within a local market area, Landmark excel at this.

I was tenant with Landmark for 4 years and they were fantastic. Great staff! All very fast and efficient with a high level of integrity (unlike other estate agents I've dealt with in the past).

I have been renting my home through landmark for nearly 2 years now and never once had any problems or complaints, I cant recommend them more, Friendly staff and always happy to help :)

Cannot score a 0 so 1 star will have to do. After seeing a house for rent on Rightmove I emailed in & had arranged a viewing. We loved the house and wanted to go ahead with the purchase. So we emailed landmark to say we would like to go ahead the very next morning....and again for everyday for the next 5 days, as well as multipul phone class with no reply. Only then to see the house advertised by another agency. Once ringing the other agency in question to ask about this, they asked if we were the people who put an offer in before with landmark - which we were, to then be told the landlord had decided to go with themselves due to not hearing a reply from landmark. When we were ready with the deposit the day after the viewing. I would never use this agency, the communication is shocking, and they can get your hopes up with a lovely property but then put a stop on your future move with poor people and business skills.
