My wife and I recently bought a house, and Rob & his colleagues from Chancellors' Reading branch went the extra mile in making things easier for us. As we are not from the UK, we were not familiar with the process, but Rob was extremely kind, patient and clear in guiding us through the various steps. Communication with the vendors through the agency was prompt and effective, and we had a good experience with everyone involved (internal staff as well as external contacts).

My flat was on sale in March 2024 with another estate agent and one of Chancellors agents called me 2x days in a row in March and asked me if I wanted to rent it out instead of selling. I told him the first time that I was selling it because I needed the money for a deposit on a house.
He called again the next date, less than 24 hours later, and asked the same thing.
Now, over the past 2x weeks, I've had 2x of their agents call me and ask me if I want to sell/rent my flat to someone they have on the line. My flat has been sold STC on Rightmove since the beginning of April.
Proper special lot working there.

We had a great experience with finding our first home through chancellors. Daniel carried out our viewing and was very proffesional, we felt comfortable through out and all of our questions were answered clearly. Following our viewing Daniels communication was excellent and he helped us to get the let agreed in a timely manner, he made our experience a 10/10
