They let me down after a long time. They sent me an invoice almost three years after alleged work was done to my rental property. Who pays invoices they know nothing about and they did not agree to? They revealed my full name in response to my Google review out of malice. That was not necessary for their response to my review. That was very unprofessional.

I have used Leicester Premier for a number of years to let my properties and they have always been very professional. Good communication and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased a house recently through Leicester Premier and was so pleased with the service I received I decided to use them to find a tenant for the property.
Josh and Daniel both offered helpful advice when required, communicated promptly and were keen to move both the purchase and rental on ASAP.
I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

When I was putting my house on the market, I had a number of estate agents round for quotes etc (as you do) I found Michael extremely friendly and professional which made my decision of who to choose easy. The ongoing experience with Leicester Premier was amazing, even down to the man that did the signs outside the house. Josh was very good at keeping me informed and making the process through to completion easy too. The relationship I had with these guys was very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend. In fact I did to two friends who also used them.

Sold my house with Leicester Premier earlier this year. Service was excellent, a buyer was secured quickly and exchange of contracts took place within 5 weeks. I was regularly updated by both Josh and Daniel and always felt assured that everything was in hand.
Rare to find an independent family estate agency and reasonable fees too. Would use again.

The communication here is quite bad between the office and the customer. They have no policy when it comes to complaints. Can't apologise appropriately. When you book an appointment and you're 5 mins late, they leave without trying to call you etc. Won't even try to re-book for you.
They don't seem to have any passion or care for your custom. This needs drastic improvement. There is no point customers like me paying you fees or commission if we are going to be treated like that. Not good enough.

Used these for the first time, they were friendly at first but when something would be wrong with the house itd take them weeks to put something in place to sort the issue. The staff are undertrained and unacknowledged and are happy taking your money but would make you chase them for your deposit. I had to constantly call them to see what was happening, unprofessional as they put my details wrong on the system to retrieve my deposit but told me they were correct. Avoid these guys! Wouldn't recommend them and wont use them again, application fees are overpriced and at times me and my housemates felt disregarded. AVOID.

AVOID! First time experiencing using an estate agent when renting a property and I would never do it again! The staff were completely useless and unknowledgeable. They charged ridiculous amounts for contracts and paperwork which I do not believe they ever kept record of, as for when it came to us phoning up about an issue they would ‘go to check the files’ and never be able to find them. Which left us feeling disregarded and lost. Definitely wouldn’t recommend after my experience!

The team at Leicester Premier were fantastic dealing with my house sale. I mainly dealt with Josh who kept me up to date from day 1 to completion. I would highly recommend Leicester Premier when selling your house.

I'd never use them again, totally incompetent and calling us liars when they told us one thing then 6 months later said they didn't and said we were lying, cost us a lot of money to bring a gas fire up to standard when we were told the 2 of us they'd list it as decoration only (and later said they never said that) also be warned when the years contract is up you can't leave them unless the current tenant leaves?!?
