We phoned haart Leicester to come and value our house and take pictures after having a terrible start with another estate agent. Coco was amazing and me and my husband felt relieved when coco had had been out to us and spoken To us she was so calm and explained everything to us. Stay away from haart. We're very keen to get us to sign on the dotted line and made many promises. After that, completely useless. Didn't take all the pictures. Didn't take all measurements. We constantly asked them to amend details, they said they would but didn't. Never replied back to e-mails. Even went in person to complain but nothing. Couldn't wait to get rid of them. Didn't have a single viewing in all 12 weeks. Absolute rubbish. As soon as we changed to new agent we've had a much better response.... Read more
