My elderly parents until recently were tenants of a property managed by Readings. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff, especially Trina and Laura who were extremely professional but also so kind and caring to my parents who had rented the property for the last 7 years. All issues were dealt with in super fast time and communication was second to none. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

Bought a house through readings, it was a headache from start to finish. The agent was rude, passive aggressive and constantly throwing ultimatums to close off the deal. The two times the agent showed the house, they looked annoyed and agitated and snapped at any questions asked in regard's to the house. I would not recommend.

Received excellent service from Sean & Abby from the outset. I found them to be incredible responsive and understanding when it came to selling my parents' property that they had lived in for 30+ years. I am so pleased we chose Readings and can say that the sale process was incredibly well thought out from the initial consultation, to marketing the property and all the way through to completion. James visited the property in September to complete a level 3 structural survey. He went into full detail regards the property covering outside inside and top to bottom. He was at the property for over 3 hours completing the survey, he was pleasant and helpful and answered any questions and also raised relevant issues we should be aware of. Highly professional in my opinion I would recommend this company. I would also like to add thanks to Louise in the office for arranging everything for us.

Until recently, I’ve been a tenant with Readings Property Group for 13 years. Throughout that time, the staff and especially Laura have been helpful and accommodating to my needs. They have been understanding of my situation when I’ve struggled and quick to amend any issues with the property. In these times, it’s understandable why the landlord might want their property back, but Laura and RPG have made the process easy and straightforward, even extending our notice a month while we found alternative accommodation. I will miss our home of 13yrs but thank Laura and everyone at Readings for their service and support over that time.

From first contact with Sean for advice and valuation to final sale, Readings were truly professional - always easy to contact, friendly and knowledgeable. In very difficult market conditions, Readings steered us through with good advice and effective marketing. Abby kept us informed throughout the process with regular updates and was always ready to support us and answer our questions. A truly friendly company that I would recommend to all.
