I used Lenwell to find me a rental property in Hitchin. The agents were very helpful. They understood my personal needs and situation which allowed them to refine the search to appropriate properties. In the end, this led to me being able to rent a great property which wasn't up for rental at the time of my search but allowed me to plan ahead and wait. Following my move, they have been very helpful in solving any issues that arose in the early days. The property itself was in good shape but perhaps could have been cleaned a little deeper before I moved in. The staff at the Hitchin branch with whom I dealt - Pat and Paula especially - are lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Lenwell if you're looking to rent in Hitchin.... Read more

Ive rented and sold Via Lenwell, They have alway been helpful and answered any questions. When being shown around properties they always have knowledge of the place, (Ive been show around by Saturday stuff at other agents who have no knowledge of the house) Would highly recommend if you want a friendly helpful service with staff who know the business of property.... A change in name from Acorn to Lenwell will not change the disgusting practices of this estate agent. I have now been living in a house for 6 months with no running water or toilet which I rented through Lenwell (or Acorn) from rouge landlord Mr Michael J Chillery of beechlea, kings Walden Road and all Lenwell had to say is we don't manage the property so we couldn't care less yet they can send me letters thinking at the end of the tenancy I will clean this scumbags house top to bottom, dream on. Update: as you can tell by lenwells reply to my review they have no humanity at all and refused to contact the landlord on my behalf, they can run so many various checks on tenants but to my knowledge not one single check was run on the landlord....
