The whole process was smooth and we were kept informed of progress throughout. James in particular was excellent nothing was too much and made us feel at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend them when it come to selling property

I have found their approach professional and personable. Nick conducted the initial valuation and, if I'm being totally honest, it was a bit outside of my expectations. However , it went to show that I have no idea about the local market and Nick was spot on with us achieving near on the asking price in a week. James and Kess gave sound impartial advice on the offers but not forgetting Beth who, I would guess, does a lot behind the scenes. Overall I can't fault them.
