I've been renting with Genie Properties for over 3 years now, and Mo and Amir are easily the best agents I've ever had! Our interactions are always such a pleasure - they do whatever they can to help, and always with a smile.
If either of them bump into me in our local coffee shop, they never hesitate to ask if I'd like a coffee - a thoughtful gesture that accurately reflects they type of people they are ????
You know they genuinely care about their tenants, and I'm very grateful for everything they've done to help us out (especially during the covid crisis).
You really couldn't hope for kinder, more friendly agents. And without a doubt, I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have rented from Genie Properties (formerly Leswin Estates) for nearly two years, sharing with other tenants, and couldn't be happier with the service. We are only leaving to relocate to a different part of London.
In particular, Mo and Amir have been personable and presented us with next to no issues throughout the tenancy.
They have responded swiftly and competently to any concerns, no matter the time of day, whilst being flexible and communicative with all matters.
