This agency works professionally and everyone in the team has great customer service and how they deal with their tenants enquiries.
They have always dealt with my matters straight away in the last 3 years of being their tenant e.g replying to me emails the same day. I’ve had a great experience with this agency and would mainly like to thank the main guys ALEX and MEHMET for all of their kind help throughout the years with their great service.

Just has a phone call with a guy about looking for a property with dss he was demanding a figure even though I told him the housing have printed a letter for any estate I use and I said the deposit wasn’t a issue as I was awarded a rent deposit stay away by all means clearly don’t want to help extremely rude

This summer we needed a stop gap, short-term let at little notice. After getting nowhere with a number of local agencies we fell into the good hands of Alex Cooke and Mehmet Ildes at N16 Estate Agents Ltd. Nothing was too much trouble: five stars indeed.

WORST AGENCY I’VE CAME ACROSS. Dishonest, unhelpful and extremely rude. They don’t answer messages, you have to keep calling them (they will leave you on read). Disrespectful customer service. Upped my rent for no reason. If you have issues in your home, it will take a months for the issue to get sorted out,
(including the fact that you have to constantly call them for them to sort out the problem). DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

N16 is One of the worst agency in London! They have never fixed anything in the property. They are unprofessional. Very rude staff. And at the end they will try they best to rip you off with your deposit.
