WORST AGENT EVER!!! They will scam you with rent increase every year! They are so unprofessional and never reply to emails or calls. I’ve had a rent increase every year for 3 years! >>> Greedy owners for money <<< SAVE YOURSELF FROM N16 ESTATE AGENCY! They will do bribery and black mail you if things don’t go their way. NOTE: I asked for some documents from them and was told that if I pay my rent increase, they will provide me with the documents. What a joke right? WORST AGENCY I’VE CAME ACROSS. Dishonest, unhelpful and extremely rude. They don’t answer messages, you have to keep calling them (they will leave you on read). Disrespectful customer service. Upped my rent for no reason. If you have issues in your home, it will take a months for the issue to get sorted out, (including the fact that you have to constantly call them for them to sort out the problem). When I first instructed N16 Estate Agency to rent my property, everything was great, the staff were very helpful and after we had done the improvements required, staff instantly found a tenant for us. Then things went down hill. I instructed N16 Estate Agent to tell my tenant that I would not be renewing her tenancy as my son needed to move in. N16 did not inform the tenant, which I found out about after phoning for a progress report, meaning termination was delayed and I was told I would have to evict the tenant. In the end the tenant eventually left without an eviction.... Read more

Thank you for being so helpful, I was struggling to provide all the paperwork and this agency still helped me move, sometimes it is about the person, my bank statements were healthy but I didn't have payslips or landlord ref, I have had a good tenancy with no rent arrears but with out the help of N16 it would have been an uphill task.
