I have been letting my property through Next Move for over 15 years. They also handle full management of the Property. The company is extremely professional and have always found new tenants immediately when required. Sean, the Letting Manager, is responsive and eager to help. Dionne Brown, the Property Manager, is quick in her response and handles any issues that arise efficiently.

2 months that I’ m still waiting for get my deposit back after paying my rent every month with no issues . Deposit is 1100 pound they don’t even answer to the mail , try to deduct 300 pound from my deposit from a mattress that I bought , deducting from the deposit that I never received back 210 pound for cleaning the flat that was full of mould . Leave me with no heater for 2 weeks in the middle of winter . Try to ask the guy that take over my flat 8000 pound of deposit ,

We have used Next Move to rent our property for over 15 years, and they have always provided us with great tenants. Sean (Lettings Department) is particularly knowledgeable and is always on hand to advise. They have also, over the years, been able to recommend some very reasonable and reliable tradespeople which has been very helpful.

I’ve been renting in London for twelve years and my experience with Sean and Right Move has without a doubt been the most pleasant and straightforward with an estate agent. Sean is friendly, personable and helpful, and has assisted and supported my partner and I throughout gaining our new flat. I often find London estate agents treat you as disposable and unimportant even though you’re trying to find something as important as your new home. This isn’t the case with Sean. I feel like he genuinely cared about us getting the right place and was there to make it happen. I feel very reassured and in the future, I would use Next Move again.

I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. We have not had a good experience with other estate agents we have used in the past but Next Move was really excellent on our sale and purchase. We were working with a difficult market and when the stars aligned, various issues in the chain, but Richard navigated all of that brilliantly and kept the sale on track. He really held the whole transaction together. He and the sales team were responsive and available whenever we needed to speak to them and we felt we could trust them throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Nextmove managed to sell my house and help me find the ideal flat to downsize. Throughout the process Richard was positive without being naive, kept in close touch and effectively made both sales happen to my advantage. He knows the area well and gives realistic valuations. He was both energetic and enthusiastic on my behalf whilst being pragmatic. He was always on the line when I had queries and I trusted him to be honest and straightforward in his judgement. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with Next Move for a very many years, in particular with Sean (Lettings Department).I have always found Sean to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and competent in his field. He always listens to the client’s need and instructions and provides the right outcome for the client. In my opinion, he is customer focus, responds speedily to calls and client’s requirements. I can trust his advice in my decision making, as he exercises objectivity coupled with vast experience within the housing market.

I have been renting 2 properties through Next Move for many years now and have always been very happy with my experience. They have always successfully found good new tenants for me at decent rates and offered sensible advice. Over the years they, and particularly Sean, have been really supportive to me about many other matters, as I manage the property myself once rented out. I have often called them for advice on certain issues related to renting, they have always kept keys for workmen to collect as I live the other side of the city, and have even gone out of their way to go over to the flat for me to help in emergency situations. I can really recommend renting through this company
