Sean was the best support in guiding us to find the perfect rental property. He was really patient, flexible and consistently responsive and even showed us the flat at late notice on a Saturday and got our offer through to the landlord super fast so we could secure the place. Next Move as a company are very professional and I highly recommend them.

I have been letting my property through Next Move for over 15 years. They also handle full management of the Property. I am very happy with their service. The company is professional and have always found new tenants immediately. Sean, the Letting Manager, is responsive and eager to help. Dionne Brown, the Property Manager, is quick in her response and handles any issues that arise efficiently. I would definitively recommend Next Move as a letting and property management agent.

I just cannot praise this company enough. They’ve managed my property for about 12/13 years and as a lettings company they are OUTSTANDING. They also sold my flat for me and as we went through many ups and downs throughout the selling process they were stand down AMAZING, professional, kind, helpful and never failed to support me.
Sean in lettings is a true professional who loves his job and his customer service is A1. He helped me move unwanted furniture, always kept in touch and is an encyclopaedia about the lettings market. I can’t say enough good things about Sean …… thank you again ????

Avoid at all costs. Everyone we’ve had to deal with from NextMove has been unprofessional, aggressive and rude. Questions were always met with either hostility or complete silence. Abdul was particularly nasty to deal with.
The agency failed to provide us our deposit protection certificate, and quietly tried to deduct our deposit for “professional cleaning”, which was not in our agreement. When we tried to dispute and asked evidence and justification, we didn’t get a response for nearly a month after moving out. It’s particularly sketchy that within 24 hours of threatening legal actions, we received our deposit back in full.
Stay away from NextMove if you’re a tenant looking. If you’re already in an agreement, they will try to threaten and scam you out of your deposit. Do not let them!
Edit: I see a lot of tenants in the reviews not getting their deposit back so I wanted to clarify on my experience. When we moved in we did not receive the deposit scheme certificate (we didn't know, first time renter in London/UK). So in the final correspondence to NextMove, we asked for the deposit scheme paperwork and threatened legal actions if either we didn't get our deposit refund OR the paperwork. We got our deposit back within 24 hours.

2 months that I’ m still waiting for get my deposit back after paying my rent every month with no issues . Deposit is 1100 pound they don’t even answer to the mail , try to deduct 300 pound from my deposit from a mattress that I bought , deducting from the deposit that I never received back 210 pound for cleaning the flat that was full of mould . Leave me with no heater for 2 weeks in the middle of winter . Try to ask the guy that take over my flat 8000 pound of deposit ,

Sean (Lettings Department) is particularly knowledgeable and is always on hand to advise. They have also, over the years, been able to recommend some very reasonable and reliable tradespeople which has been very helpful.

I’ve been renting in London for twelve years and my experience with Sean and Right Move has without a doubt been the most pleasant and straightforward with an estate agent. Sean is friendly, personable and helpful, and has assisted and supported my partner and I throughout gaining our new flat. I often find London estate agents treat you as disposable and unimportant even though you’re trying to find something as important as your new home. This isn’t the case with Sean. I feel like he genuinely cared about us getting the right place and was there to make it happen. I feel very reassured and in the future, I would use Next Move again.
