Mehmet has been extremely professional, responsive, and solution oriented all the way through in trying to find us a flat. He truly cares about finding you the right flat and is not trying to maximise any short term gains.
I have had extremely poor experiences in the market right now, but Mehmet in particular has restored my faith in real estate agents.

After over a month of searching for a flat, my partner and I were getting pretty worried that we wouldn't find somewhere decent (if anywhere) to live. We then got in contact with Haider from Smatmove who got us a viewing and helped us move into such an amazing place. I had an amazing experience with these agents, in particular Robert. He is one of the best agents I have ever come across, super polite, well mannered, really nice person. He is excellent at following up along the transaction, chasing sellers/buyers/solicitors, always on top of everything. He is always reachable on his phone. He works hard and has both the seller's (his clients) but also the buyer's interest at heart and advises what is best for you. Top class estate agent!

Attempted to book a viewing for a property but agent (Robert) didnt turn up even though he said he was going to be at the property from 5:30-6:00pm. Viewing was at 5.45pm. No response afterwards even though I tried to contact him and the office, I understand that working hours finish at 5:30pm but don't bother to book a viewing if you don't even have the decency to call back. Poor customer service and communication.

I had a very negative experience and impression of Smartmove after being in touch with agent Robert. He was very dry since the first contact, was super in a rush when we finally went to see the flat (he had an appointment afterwards and made this very clear) and made very inappropriate and jokes about me - saying that he was sorry for my boyfriend and that he was doubting that I’d pay my rent on time because I asked reschedule our phone call. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very kind, very educated, but at the end, they are going to stole your deposit and all the money possible with invented or old desperfects.
If you do a contract with them, be ready for finishing it with a visit to the Police Station for reclaim.

We had a visit for a 1 bed flat with this agency that went very well, but got called afterwards to be told the rent was being auctioned, and that if we did want this flat we'd have to match or top this offer. This is not a sale but a letting and I find it very incorrect that to get a flat (which rent price had been settled before the visits were organized) you actually need to throw money at the landlord to get it, and that the agency allows this type of action. The criterias for a tenant are his reliability and his references, and should not be how much more money he should add to get the place.
