To be honest has been a nightmare th experiencewith them. The worst thing is they are a lier. They try to save in repair every single penny, a repair of £10 brand new (tap of sink), they try to repair using recovered used item. Poor flats, full of rats, mouses and fungus, we even had slugs in our flat. Nobody do nothing about it. We live in one of their flats over one year now. Fungus is everythere, they just paint over, everything is so old. Floor boards rotten so floor is not leveled. Water leaks from gutters all the time, no hot water, old boiler. They just take rent and dont fix anything. Windows doesnt close properly. Very poor condition, nobody cares. I would not recomend it to no one ever.... Read more

Honestly it's been a dream renting through let it direct, I am so surprised to see some of the reviews here so I felt I must give my own review. I understand that they use a different maintenance company these days, so maybe that's why reviews are a bit different?! Anna has been our point of contact since we initially arranged a viewing - she went out of her way to arrange a super quick appointment to see the property on the same day of enquiry and we loved the place. We also had some anxiety over the reference process after having been given the run around by another agency due to my husband's terms of employment which led to us losing an offer on a previous rental. Anna couldn't have done more to reassure us during the referencing process and kept us informed at every step. We also got the opportunity to meet the owner, which I thought was a genuinely nice touch. Living in London, I can't think of anything more stressful than moving house and we feel very fortunate to have found our home through let-it. Any issues with the property have been dealt with quickly and it's super easy to report issues via the online portal, which is exceptional service. Thanks again to Anna for being so attentive and professional - if all agents were like her, renting in London would be so much less stressful!... Read more

Arranged a viewing and received a confirmation. Arrived at the viewing slightly early and decided to call the agent to let them know I had arrived. Agent then proceeds to tell me: a) The property was already let. b) Hadn't written me into the diary. c) 5mins later calls to tell me they had put me down for a completely different property in another area, would I like to see this one instead. I would have rated 0 starts if possible. One thing to some of you who may consider doing business with Let it Direct : RUN! RUN as far as you can and as quick as you can! Moved out of one of their properties a few months ago and still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Emailed them time and time again and they blanked me each and every single time. Worth mentioning is the fact that in my emails I have possibly all of their office staff cc-d and none, none of them bother getting back to me. So it is not just one individual that doesn't care a bit about their clients, it an entire corporate mentality of just blanking clients maybe, just maybe they will go away. If by the time you are reading this review and already had the misfortune on renting with them and you are getting close to the end of your agreement and you are considering of renewing please, please, I can not urge your enough to take your time and read the contract time and time again and the best option, have a solicitor look over it since their contracts are often misleading and you WILL find yourself in a very uncomfortable position. Please, do yourself a huge favour and stay well away from this "company".... Read more

Letting agents generally have a bad rep, but I have to say these guys were brilliant during my 2.5 year stay in the area. All dealings had minimal fuss and any issues with maintenance were sorted quickly. Rent was reasonable (for London!), and there were no surprise charges or massive hikes in the rates during the tenancy.... Read more

I rented a flat through Let It Direct for 3 years in Barking. It was an absolute pleasure renting through them. Their service was excellent and always resolved the issues quickly. Admin staff was very supportive always and responded quickly to any queries. They were also very supportive with the referencing when moving out. I highly recommend this agency if you are looking to rent flats through them!!... Read more

This is the worst agency I have ever seen! They don't care about any problem you may have... Property where we are still leaving got into a massive flooding 3 months ago and we are still waiting for them to come and see what happened... Asked them to come and do an inspection because there may be some rats and we are still waiting for them for more than 10 days to. Come and check the flat... Can't wait to end up the contract...
