Having recently had our offer accepted on a property, Sean was very helpful in getting us a viewing, Anita was really helpful showing us around and giving us tips on how to proceed, Michael sent our offer through to the seller and then called us back to say it had been accepted, all in short order! Sean and Karen in the office were also really helpful in making our offer and acceptance plain and simple. We are now using their in house mortgage advisor and solicitors for the purchase, and everything has been so simple and straightforward, all with a friendly can-do attitude from all involved. 10/10. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer the many questions I had. I was further impressed by Sean's patience and that of the wider team at Douglas Allen. This will sound like a fake review but it isn't - we had a choice between three different estate agents in Chingford and went with DA based on a recommendation from a friend. Our agent Michael was really positive and we really liked the way he acted too, so it was a pretty easy choice The photos that were taken of our flat were amazing and DA already had a viewing lined up before the flat went on the market - that viewing didn't result in anything but the very next one, on the day the flat went up, resulted in an offer which we eventually accepted. We were on the market for 24 hours. After the offer was accepted, Natasha took over and guided the sale through and was relentless in chasing solicitors and keeping us informed of what was going on, ensuring it went as smooth as possible. 100% recommend....
