Jacob dealt with selling my mothers house after she passed away. Our experience with estate agents has not always been favourable but I have to say that Jacob came up trumps and has kept us informed on every step of the sale.He has been obliging and conscientious throughout. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Jacob’s expertise.

Jacob at Your Move went above and beyond to help us buy our first property.
Although he was representing the seller he still kept his professionalism at all times and went out of his way to also help me the buyer.
I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy in the Hornchurch area.
Like any buying process it was at times painful but Jacob always kept me informed throughout the process. Much better than my solicitors!

Jacob at Your Move is excellent and I would recommend him to anybody looking to sell in the Hornchurch/Rainham area. He is extremely professional and is head and shoulders above the other agents I met. Had nearly 10 offers on my place after one open house viewing and managed to sell the property at the upper end of his price range. Thanks Jacob really appreciate your help with everything.

Just bought my first house via branch. Jacob made my purchase very easy and straightforward. As a first time buyer im new to this and constantly bugged Jacob for support and was never turned down, always happy to repeat things and help me even with things that we’re out of this scope of business. While my solicitors we’re slightly slow, Jacob did all the chasing for me allowing me to just sit back and not have to worry.
He was very patient with me and always kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. Can’t thank him enough!
I had a hiccup when my surveyor down valued the house but Jacob ensured that the renegotiation kept everyone happy.
He sorted out the conveyancer for me and even obtained a discount.
I would highly recommend!!!

Your move managed the tenancy of my 4 bedroom house for the last 3 years and then also eventually helped me sell the house. I must say they really did a great job, couldn't ask for more. Their fees are reasonable, staff always reachable, they are efficient in handling all kinds of tenant issues and also expertly manage finding of new tenants. I had an urgency to sell my house due to personal reasons and they managed to find me a buyer and efficiently managed the entire sale process in a very short time. I am really impressed with Fatih, Jacob and Jamie. I would definitely recommend them.

We just exchanged on the sale of our home using Your Move. We cannot thank Jacob and the team enough. From the day we went live they generated tonnes of bookings. Jacob was always on hand to liaise with our solicitor, buyer, buyer's solicitor, our purchase - oh and us!

We instructed Jacob at Your Move to undertake the selling of our flat, a new-build which had been further improved with panelling, tiling and a lick of paint in all rooms as well as the major snagging issues handled. We chose Jacob for several reasons:
(1) He had specific knowledge of the new build process, and of this particular development
(2) the shop has excellent footfall opposite Hornchurch Station, perfect for showing off your listing even when prospective buyers aren't even looking on Rightmove and
(3) The branch was offering a great half price deal on listings which included a lovely write up, quality photos, a floor plan and a virtual 360 tour.
Most other agents were not offering a comparable service. The sale itself was a complicated one, due to the property only being 8 months old at the time of listing, and took about 5-6 months to go through, but as Jacob is now armed with the specific knowledge he needs to speed the transaction along in the early days, I wouldn't hesitate to say he would be able to conduct sales on other properties in the development also with some expertise and a great level of confidence and authority.
He also helped us deal with a difficult vendor and estate agent on our onward purchasing side to help keep all parties calm and neutral. I would say Jacob went above and beyond on this one, much to his credit.

(Hornchurch Branch) From beginning to end Jacob dealt with our sale in a professional manner and their fees were very competitive and Jacob kept us informed every step of the way from sale to completion and would not hesitate to recommend this Estate Agent and would definitely use them for any future sales or purchases.
