Rent my houses with this guy the guy dont speak a word of truth he under pays u every month portrays to be a buisness man he has not got a scoobi do was in buisness with a well known crook hes no better everyone steer well clear will just give u head aches

I have rented flat from them their was loads repairs needed doing kept phoning them to c what going on this going on over year nothing get was done so got in touch council environmental health then in end they issued me with section 21 b aware against let or sold as they can't be trusted I rented place frm them in ettingshall and no repairs was done when u phoned them u had sam on phone was rude and didn't know she was on about it would never rent place frm them i would never rent the place in wesley street Wv2 2lt

Be careful with this estate agents as I've been renting now two and a half years and they still have placed my deposit in a protection scheme. I call every week to get an update but get the same reply that he (jab) is working on it. In other words it's in his personal account accumulating interest.

firstly the owner jab was very helpful for us when we first rented a house through LET OR SOLD but we have decided to move to Barcelona. The tenancy was to end on the 01/11/2015 we received a text message from the owner of the property asking why we had changed the locks? ( which we have not ) as they was going to show potential new tenants around the property. So our question was why are you entering the property while all our personal belongings and furniture was still in the property and we are still paying tenants. ( the owner is a lovely lady) who was very surprised LET OR SOLD had not asked for our permission to enter the property.
So I decided to call the agent and ask them why only to receive the most arrogant responses from an obnoxious women called Gemma who arrogantly told my wife and i " if we have a complaint to put it in writing and it will be investigated as she is not prepared to talk to us about it". This was the person who tried to get into the property with Jab ( the owner of the agency ) and without our permission. I would be very careful when choosing to go through this agent as they do not seem to have any respect for there tenants. For this arrogant and obnoxious Gemma to have the cheek and disrespectful behaviour and then not allow me to complain leaves me gobsmacked. I can guarantee this is not the first complaint about the attitude of this estate agency.
