Had estate agents that would just place property on open market but Paul from Your Move suggested modern auction - great choice and property sold at best price.

Just put your house on market and do not send anyone to do the viewings , just leave me to do it .made lots or promises but none fulfilled.

Save yourself some time, go to purple bricks, they sell houses much quicker and with better communication

When the haent came to value the house we thought he was genuine and professional so we chose YourMove. After that it seems the pictures did the work and I don't really think for the money they charge they put any work in helping to sell a property. We chose to do the viewings ourselves (there's no discount for this unlike purple Bricks- who I might as well have gone with for half the price). I had to chase for feedback myself after viewings and felt like I was a nause to them for doing so. When we had a buyer, it just so happened that we knew him vaguely and kept in touch ourselves because the agency were useless at updating us. Then when the sale went through, they simply pinged over the invoice to the solicitor - no common courtesy by way of congratulations or acknowledgement of the sale going through. I don't think they are worth the money you pay. You might as well go with purple Bricks because the service is no different, in fact it's worse. We had viewings on a Sunday where people didn't turn up and we waited around. At least with purple Bricks you could message the viewer on their portal. Save your money.
