Ranjit was our original contact and Raj has been our constant property management and “solutions” man throughout the ten year period, with Kavita becoming increasingly involved during the recent period that lead up to the successful sale of the property. They have been unfailingly responsive and innovative in tackling any issues that might arise and the regular administration has been excellent. It will be strange to be no longer working with the team after all this time!

She communicated with us very great. Very helpful throughout the process.- 3rd Sep 2024 (8 days ago)Paul Dubberley did a very great job helping us sell our property! They gave us great advice and instruction on how to prepare the house for viewing. Viewing requests were received just a few days after putting the property on the market and Paul Dubberley did a great job conducting the viewings as well as negotiating with potential buyers
29th Aug 2024 (13 days ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

13th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)Let out a house on Foden Road that had rats inside the house, mould, dirty inside, stains, wires under the bath, a boiler that is not fit for purpose and then tried to tell me that the issues that were in the house previously were done my myself! I was told by Jade (ex-employee) the Landlords friend works/owns Royston & Lund so the checks were obviously not done properly prior to me moving in (explains boiler). My child suffers with Asthma and has been constantly ill GP said it was due to mould an damp but when I informed Royston & Lund they promised someone would come out but that person never did and then they served me with a Section 31! Don’t use these estate agents they are a joke!- 15th Aug 2024 (27 days ago)Trust pilot reviews says it all I’m afraid. Wish I had checked beforehand. We cancelled our remortgage process after being told our home was £30k less than (confidentially) advised. I am aware this happens, but I don’t know why it was valued so high. I feel like that was to get us on board. On top of that, you have to constantly chase for updates otherwise you won’t hear anything. £600+ lost, but could have been worse.
10th Sep 2024 (1 day ago)For someone who has never sold a property before, I couldn't speak highly enough of the team who have looked after me. Nathan was brilliant from the word go explaining everything about their service, the market, my property etc. The price was fixed because of the lower value of my house and beat everyone else I shopped around with by quite a large margin. No contract and no sale no fee. It was a win win. Throughout the selling and viewing stage there were so many people who helped me with any questions. Tammy, Lewis and James to name a few. I was sold in just over a week and got the full asking price. They really are worth it.

Dan, Brendan, Rita, Shiv all helped with the process and achieved the desired goal. A special thank you to Shiv for all the hard work , he is truly an asset to the company. Didn’t have to do anything apartment from drop off the keys everything was taken care of on my behalf, very professional would definitely recommend.

Lucy helped us from application date up until the stage that we got a refund. Hoping we can get a property through this company because they look after their potential tenants

I would 100% recommend Whitegates and Herdip to everybody. I have acquaintances' who deal with Whitegates and they also wouldn't recommend any other agency. Thank you Herdip and Whitegates. Faultless.

Elton and Ellie-Marie have remained very professional and supportive throughout the whole process, which we've found to be incredibly straight-forward. They even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier move in date for us with the Landlord. We highly recommend their outstanding services. Thank you!
18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

30th Aug 2024 (12 days ago)We engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house. From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market. They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for. They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful! They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us. When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us. We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!

20th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
