He arrived on time, was very personable, very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed breakdown of the valuation, as well as how to proceed with the sale, should I instruct Royston & Lund to sell my home, which should we commit to sell, will definitely be the case. Would definitely recommend.
19th Jan 2026 (23 days ago)6 years on from this post Ross and Joni no longer there I instructed them to sell a property under probate. They priced the property then after a first viewing dropped the price by £35k saying it was potentially unmortgagable. The Beneficiaries were not happy. They then proceeded to lose the keys to the property and to this day have not been found. I was invited to try and locate them. Appalling dont use them very unprofessional. Their storage of keys is unsecure, they couldn't tell me who last had the keys from the estate agent, the Photographer or the EPC agent. 4 days before Xmas i had to pay out £400 to have the locks changed and then my solicitor reimbursed me. If I could give a minus rating I would. My complaint resulted in a £50 gratuity payment. had lived in my property for 27 years before deciding to sell and move on a very stressful time but my sale could not have gone smoother Ross and Joni were fantastic always on hand to help and guide me through the process. Excellent service and always friendly. Would definitely recommend you use connells wednesbury branch thank you for all your help

15th Jan 2026 (27 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. Throughout my tenancy, they showed a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I reported a serious leakage issue multiple times, but they failed to respond or take any meaningful action. The overall maintenance was extremely poor, and communication from the agency was slow or non-existent. Issues were ignored rather than resolved, which made living in the property very stressful. After the end of my tenancy, the agency has also been unfairly holding my deposit based on wrong and unproven allegations. This feels unjust and highly unprofessional, especially considering the poor condition of the property and their lack of maintenance during the tenancy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Tenants deserve timely responses, proper maintenance, and fair treatment — unfortunately, this agency failed on all counts.- 29th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)I would like to say a big thank you to Dixons Lettings Quinton!! Me and my partner have been looking for a place of our own for a while now and couldnt have imagined how quick and stress free they both made that happen for us. We asked for a viewing and were asked if we were available that same afternoon, Chloe could tell I had concerns regarding the deposit given how quick the viewing was made it was something I hadn’t really thought about and she was so quick to inform us of the zero deposit scheme. Regardless we would’ve had something sorted out but I’d never heard of that scheme before she was more than happy answering any questions that we had so we weren’t just diving in feet first making the whole process a lot less daunting and a lot less stresssful. Andy has also been amazing, again any questions that we had regarding the process he couldntve been anymore transparent and informative. Unfortunately we did suffer quite a few delays regarding references but that wasn’t anything from Connells side. They still went well out of their way continuing to consistently chase along with us ensuring we could go through with the application as quickly as possible. The professionalism and standards shown by both Chloe and Andrew have been above and beyond, they’re an absolute asset to the oldbury branch and we couldnt be anymore greatful for the help and support shown by them.

From the first day where she had accommodated us for a same day viewing all the way to the key handover today, we have been incredibly pleased with all the hard work and attentiveness. It definitely puts us at ease as moving is already stressful at the best of times. Special mention to Elton too as he was very helpful to speak to over the phone and when viewing the property a second time.
