Absolute trash and dishonest. Last year we placed an offer for a house. We offered the asking price and was told that hey had an offer which was significantly more.

I just checked to see what the house went for and it sold for £10,000 less than what we offered. Something not right there

Dealing with Paul and Josh at Connells' is like having root Canal treatment - so much so we have a case going through the ombudsman at present. I totally agree with Moi, Olivia, Mark and Matt. Paul and Josh Refused to deal with my sons solicitor as he didn't use their appointed one. didn't reply to calls, emails. Paul's reply to Mark made me laugh as this is just the sort of person he is. He told me it was my job to call my sols solicitors to then give him a list of what was needed then he might get hold of the vendor !! Said his job was to sell houses and that's what he'd done !! So RUDE ! didn't like it when I stated it wasn't sold till it completes ! Like I said its now in the hands of the ombudsman as even when we complained Connells' still failed to follow their own procedure. AVOID AT ALL COST Cost my son a lot of money !!
