Phoned up about a property that had just put onto there listing a lady answered stating the landlord hadn't given in the keys as yet so she asked me for my details and she would be intouch with me within 24 hours so I waited I phoned for an update after the 24 hours I spoke to gent who I thought was quite rude yesterday ive phoned up today regarding the property only to find out they have booked people already and only for Monday yet I did say I can come on the weekend which she did tell me in the first call so I did not find this Professional at all and the customer service needs attention will not bother with this company anymore.

We started the journey using another company and that did not go well, endless delays and poor service, then we received a mail telling us Trinity was taking over from the other company, Aimee contacted us and from the first mail I was reassured and confident that the service was going to be better, not only was this fact but the level of service, the updates, the speed was absolutely fantastic, Aimee dealt with everything within a week that the other company had spent 7 weeks doing. I really can say the 5 stars are not enough should be 6 or more.

I have rented from Trinity twice in the last 8 years, and I have always found them to be efficient, friendly, organised, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their local corporate ethos, instilled by their founders, shines through and they look after their tenants (and staff! I saw what they did to look after them during the initial Covid outbreak) with professionalism and empathy. Their level of service is extremely high and I have always found them ready to help. I have met four different inspectors (over the two rental properties) for the annual property inspection and all of them have been polite, dedicated, and thorough. I would whole-heartedly recommend them if you're looking in the areas they cover and they have a property you're interested in renting!

I can’t even begin to express how much of a delight my first time letting was thanks to Sky! The service from these guys are very good but the contractor they use for maintenance called 'your maintenance covered' are really excellent. I had a leak on my boiler on new years eve, they immediately answered my call and got an engineer out to me within the hour. Honestly I couldn't be happier, they are a credit to this company! Called to book a view, was reported that could not see it until monday as keys were not available until saturday. Booked the earliest appointment for 12 pm on monday and received a text message canceling the appointment as the house has being taken at 9.16 when the agency opens at 9am but no appointments could have being booked for the weekend. No transparency and no consideration as not even a phone call was made to cancel the appointment.

If you're a tenant looking to rent a property AVOID!!
If you're a dodgy landlord this is the company for you.
I rented a property with trinity in september 2019. There was a couple of issues when I moved in which was raised, one was fixed quickly the other was fixed in February 2020.
The shower broke in November. They got it taken off the wall however I had to wait 6 weeks for a new one having to shower at the gym before work every day. When they did fix the new shower there was a hole the size of my palm that they never fixed whilst I was at the property.
In November I also first voiced my concerns over the electric Bill's. When I first viewed the property I was told by their associated agent that the electric system was very efficient and cheap to run. Only to find out later it was the exact opposite. The bills was £200 a month despite never being in due to work. It wasn't until multiple mental break downs and having to get the council and my dad involved that they finally sent someone to look at it however I still had to wait a week and have several visits despite my insistence that they pay for an energy heating engineer. Obviously they wanted to pocket to costs for themselves.
It turns out the boiler was broken with one part needing replacing which they did but on the other piece they only put a temporary fix dispute me asking them to replace it. The heating engineer even said that the system was likely the cause of the high bills.
When I vacated the property I even had to wait 6 weeks and chase them up for my deposit.
I put in a claim for compensation and official complaint in with Nick a year ago and havent heard any thing since despite chasing up even with the other director Eric. I'm fed up with the fact they say "apologies you feel that way" which we all know isnt an apology. I would like a full on "I'm sorry we let you down and didn't hold our end of the the contract "
Now I know some of these issues was partly down to the landlord however this company was my link to them and they clearly catered to the landlords interests in taking as much money as possible from their tenants without any concern for their wellbeing.
The reason I'm writing this now is that I'm finally financially stable after all the issues Trinity has put me through.
If you're a tenant avoid. They won't help you if it means the landlord has to spend money.
Landlord if you like ripping off your tenants this is the company for you.

Lucky escape. After viewing a property we really liked & showed much interest in, we phoned the office for an application form.
Three phone calls later we finally received the application.
To date we have no update in regards to our application. We appreciate a very busy market at the minute, however a quick email to give an update should be standard.
It’s not just an application, its people’s lives and finding a rental property comes with its own stresses.
We have now found our new home with a different agent.

I cannot recommend Trinity Property enough. I have used them for both rental and selling. They found some great tenants for me who have turned out to be the best tenants I've ever had.
Also I recently sold a property and was amazed that it went up for sale on the Friday and by the Monday it was sold, from sale to completion it only took 7 and half weeks! :-)

I can only emphasize from mixed reviews that I share such a negative opinion about Trinity Properties.
It is with sheer disappointment that I cannot elaborate on anything worthwhile nor positive to say about this letting company. My partner decided to let a two bedroom property for her and her two children and our baby which we was expecting.
When the property was originally viewed the house itself was presentable, on viewing we discussed minor repairs with the agent at the time who then advised us to visit the office to discuss these if she decided to let the property. As my partner was in need of somewhere to live she decided to accept the property providing the minor repairs was sorted.
On arrival at the office we was the told by trinity staff we would have to pay the following charges to secure the property, these costs entailed of £365 holding fee for the property and then a further £950 as a deposit with the Rent Deposit Scheme. We addressed the minor repairs with the office and they assured my partner as a new tenant to Trinity that these would be done prior to her being handed the keys.
Once she moved into the property there was very little consideration given to the hygiene of the house. The oven which was built in was covered in animal hair from the previous tenants amongst other things. Around three months into her tenancy she received correspondence off Trinity offices saying that the £950 deposit will now be reduced to £525, so in that letter it explained that £425 had been reduced for letting fees which was not explained to her as the tenant upon signing for the keys for this property.
Throughout the period of her tenancy we flagged repairs with the Dudley office who then advised us someone would call us back to sort this, we never heard nothing back. Further to this the quality of the boiler was inadequate which broke down and she was left with no heating or hot water for her two children. Trinity did try and handle this situation as best as they could however they could have done more, as the property was owned by an external landlord she had no contact off them to offer any form of support for heating, so over the period of four days with no heating or hot water there was no form of help.
Coming up the end of tenancy there was a lot of disagreement about the £525 being refunded to the tenant. In my honest opinion I have never seen a company as much as this one to say to there customers we will get someone to call you back to then the case of no one from Trinity calling you back at all to discuss your issues, for you then to keep ringing and getting to the point like you are pestering them. No tenant should ever have to feel this way.
My partner then had to wait for a call off a Trinity staff member who deals with repairs, she was told he would call her back 2 days later he finally called to say her deposit was not being refunded due to the painting and current damages. Further to that they had been quoted £1000 just for the painting alone when the painting was never a problem.
The final report for the property was finally sent to her, however each problem had a picture doors, fences etc. The pictures also included fence panels missing from the back garden which was not on her side of the property. They also included damages prior to her moving in which was noted by trinity but never followed through.
To anyone who is looking into letting a property. Please take into special consideration once you put down money you work so hard for Trinity will use every avenue they can to ensure you get nothing back.
I have never come across such unprofessional and very little understanding people.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had nothing but trouble. They have shown nothing but false hope to me and my partner and we have been left disappointed and practically homeless and we are unable to get the money back we put down, we work hard for the money we handed over and do not appreciate to be told we will be moved in within a week and 4 weeks later be told we are unable to rent the property or have our money back. Very little communication between the agency, landlord and ourselves and everytime my partner popped in to see what's going on he got told the same thing everytime until yesterday which we were given false hope again then told today we can't rent the property. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on them

Went to view a flat, was very interested. Messaged them the day after to put in an application, no reply. Called them ‘we will call you tomorrow to book it’ no call back. Called them back and found out someone else put an application in & they would call us after the weekend to let us know if the landlord accepted it or not. No phone call, called them ‘we will call you tomorrow morning’. Morning comes and goes, we call them, for the man on the phone to cut my partner off before he finishes his sentence & tell us the landlord now accepted the other application and slam the phone down on us. Don’t tell people you’ll call them if you have no intention of doing so. If you don’t want genuine people to keep calling and checking in then even send a text and let us know what the situation is so we are informed. I will never use this company again and will advise other young people/couples to stay away. Unprofessional, was so ready and willing to put in an application & had a deposit ready. Shame.

I have been messed around and had my time completely wasted by this incompetent agency! I had a viewing arranged for a property which was already taken! So I wasted my time going to view a house that I couldn't have. But it didn't stop there, they even arranged for me to go and put down a holding fee! I had to leave work early to be able to attend, and found out last minute via email that the property had actually already been taken by somebody else!!! Disgusting customer service. Avoid!!!!

Used Trinity in the past to sell a property and Eric and his team were good. However I recently arranged to view a rental property on their next available date in their diary and noticed the day before the viewing that the advert said the property was now let! I rang them as I was fuming and asked how this could be. They said they had a viewing slot available and someone had booked it. I asked why they couldn’t have rung me to view. Errrr! Don’t know. I bet you they wouldn’t have called me to cancel the viewing and I’d have just turned up when it’d already been let. Unfortunately it’s a sign of the times, no courtesy and no common sense from a bunch of ignorant, brain dead muppets!

Whilst letting a property I've used Trinity for full-management. Every member of staff has been easy to deal with and very helpful throughout. They gave me a realistic valuation and found tenants quickly. It's an honest organisation; that's what came across to me when I first came across them, and that's why I chose them.
Forming a good personal relationship is important to me as trust is everything.
They also kept me up to date with any new rules or regulations.
Having dealt with other letting agents before, I can say that the personal touch that Trinity have, sets them apart, and they are to be highly recommended.
If you are thinking of letting out a property then give them a ring and see what you think. I think you'll be pleased with what you find!

Can't really comment on how good there services are as I didn't get that far, that's why I give them 2 stars. Had them booked 2 weeks in advance to give my house a valuation. 1 day before the appointment they phoned to say they will no be coming round as they are having there Christmas party the night before and no one will be in that day. Make of that what you will but it did not fill me confidence.
