We started the journey using another company and that did not go well, endless delays and poor service, then we received a mail telling us Trinity was taking over from the other company, Aimee contacted us and from the first mail I was reassured and confident that the service was going to be better, not only was this fact but the level of service, the updates, the speed was absolutely fantastic, Aimee dealt with everything within a week that the other company had spent 7 weeks doing.
