Awful. This is the first landlord I have had since student accommodations at university and it’s been a terrible experience. You receive no correspondence back from emails or enquiries you provide, and when you want to raise a complaint about a noisy inconsiderate neighbour they completely ignore you. Hey also like to conduct flat inspections without the proper notice period but claim they served notice via post. I have also had parcels stolen at the property whereby someone has signed for it and not returned it. Again, link estates did absolutely nothing to help. Save your money and don’t go choose any properties that link estates manage. They’re only in it for the money and couldn’t care less about the tenants, at least this is the case in Birmingham.... I am a current tenant with Link- Estate. I would not advise any one to rent from them. I was told by the Agent that I will get a parking which is not happend after singing the contract. There is leaking in the room which I was told it was fixed before singing the contract. I was keep calling the agent every day to fix the issue but no response just fake promises. we have 4 washing machine in the property but sadly non of them works. I regret that I rented this room.... To Sum this estate agent up in one word ‘Terrible’ steer well clear there are so many better agents in the area that friends and co-workers have used and are using mainly on Kingsley road Hounslow. Awe full properties, problems with conditions, smoke alarms etc. Staff have no clue and some haven’t grasped the English language.... Read more

Myself and my partner lived in a studio flat on hanworth road managed by link estates it was a nightmare the place was always covered in slugs and other bugs along with mould growing everywhere after constantly asking for them to sort it out and many refusals we had no option but to leave the place and they had the cheek to keep some of other deposit because it was left the same way we found it link have a lovey office but sandy too tight to spend money on their properties. This Agent is terrible, they have a poor history, Links Estates has No credentials, it is not part of the property ombudsman, RICS, ARLA. The are much better Agents in Hounslow, Brentford area. The owner of the business is also not what an owner should be perceived as, very defensive and dodgy looking.... Read more
