Don't reply to emails, never pick up the phone.
Only time they did get in touch was when I explained to them how poor they have been.
It would not fill me of confidence if I was renting via them when after three seperate emails and three phone calls no one responded.
Must be frustrating for the landlords of the properties I requested to view as I needed to move very quickly and another agency accommodated this immediately.

I was a newby to Newcastle with a job move, and as such was looking for an easy transition into finding somewhere to rent.
The guys in the Living Spaces office were excellent from start to finish, from sending me daily email updates about new properties, through to quick viewings, and then to the ease at which the rental process went through.
I dealt with several companies in Newcastle while looking for an apartment, and these guys were by far the best.
professional, friendly, with time to talk (even if it was for information not specifically related to the property- like where things were in the town) .
