Maria Owen sold me my first property, such a lovely woman. Honestly I miss her ha ha. LodgeCrest are a reliable developer, I definitely recommended buying from them.

My team at Greenaway Residential Estate Agents have been dealing with and acting for Lodgecrest for the past year. As a property developer the properties they build are well designed, excellent quality and good value. When dealing with the team, they are polite, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. In my twenty eight years of being an estate agent I would put this company at the top of my list to buy a property from.

We have always dealt with Maria Owen the property manager at Lodgecrest. She is unfailingly efficient and helpful. All our dealings with her have been positive from the first exchange on a Lodgecrest flat to reselling the flat when we needed various queries dealt with. The world could do with more Marias!

I have leased a Lodgecrest property for 5 consecutive years. My decision to remain a tenant for so long was based on the consistently outstanding support I have received. I can highly recommend to anyone looking for a well maintained high spec property for short or long term let.

They take ages to repair things.. And even more to respond to emails about repairs. Its like they dont care..and the rent is not cheap..
