The Manager was VERY RUDE when I reported that his worker gave me wrong information which resulted in my booking being cancelled. Despite me being a costumer of their 3 times and recommend people to use them in the past, they were not helpful. I was told that I will get a refund straight away into my account as a result of my cancellation and I still have not recieved my deposit back. Please DO NOT use them. They will take your money and not return it. I will be reporting this... Read more

I stayed at the Zen apartments for 14 days. The apartment had two bedrooms, full kitchen and a bath. Our two bedroom apartment had a stunning view.From the moment we booked this accommodation the service was outstanding. I had a wonderful time in this self catering apartment. It is in the Canary Wharf. I would highly recommend it and will stay again!... Read more

Pleasant stay, lovely community and Best location, It is so peaceful and private. I love the covered parking. The staff is amazing and so pleasant. They are very visible and always greet you so warmly. I feel like I am tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a little town called The Canry Wharf.... Read more

DO NOT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS.. We did seven months ago and one day out from our arrival, yesterday, they cancelled our booking, despite verifying our credentials and after we followed every instruction they requested of us. This, only 10 days after we sent them a courtesy email confirming our booking and giving them an arrival time. Booking.com offered zero support and Zen's customer service was the lowest of the low. We found ourselves due in a foreign city with no accommodation for seven days and now have to pay twice the amount for a roof over our heads, severley impacting our spending money and our ability to enjoy ourselves. We suspect they had a client willing to pay more for the apartment then we were.... Read more

I was concerned at the poor reviews, however, following the guidance on the booking forms acknowledgment, the apartment block was easy to find. We were greeted at the main entrance and taken to the apartment. It was bright and clean. Whilst perhaps not luxurious, it suited our requirements perfectly. Warning - if you drive and use the underground car park, make sure you know how to gain access! I recommend the apartment for visiting the O2 and East London.... Read more

The negative reviews worried me but work booked the apartment. Lovely place although the address is 3 South Quay Square, I'd recommend you just call the mobile number on the website, I had to and the gentlemen came and found me. I was staying in an apartment they owned inside Discovery Dock apartments. I also didn't have to pay a deposit, just let them take a copy of my ID and my contact details... Read more

Admittedly I should have read the reviews beforehand but I didn't sadly... The apartment is in a great location but tricky to find. The interior wasn't to bad on initial inspection however tiles in the bathroom were cracked, shower head broken, chips off the furniture and stained sheets. Now for the check in. The onboarding email was that the deposit would be a minimum of £200 but I was charged £500... The reason? 'it's our policy'... I do love an arbitrary, made up policy which appears to be based on the APPEARANCE of the people checking in. I was assured that if we didn't make noise or break anything we would get our money back. 12 days later it's still outstanding but apparently they emailed me to get my bank details (theyt didn't) they then somehow magically, possibly through mind reading got my bank details and deposited the money, funny that given the email and calls I've made. I'll wait to see if it does actually turn up. Essentially this place, if run honestly, would be super but terrible, opaque policies really do spoil it sadly.... Read more

Zen apartment offers a very quite place to stay in London town, near the river side. The apartments are cleaned, very comfortable, renewed and a good place to stay with a good compromise between price and quality. Strongly recommend them!... Read more

Appartment is in good location but was scruffy and oppetsite a building site. I was there for 16 nights but was left with just two small towels. Bedding wasn't very clean with stains. After 10 nights no one had been to change the bedding or towels, I had to call them to service the appartment. On check out day I had a taxi booked at 11am, at 10.30am I had someone banging on the door demanding £30 for an extra half an hour stay as check out was at 10am, after paying for 16 nights I was not impressed and declined to pay.... Turn up for comic con . You know where you dressed up supporting your respected charity group and the lady showing you to your group says your not allowed in looking like that. Keeping in mind the strict rules of con so you cant be indecently dressed . So after thw being called a prositute by the lady beimg shown to a room where the electrics blow upon arrival. Really take your money and go elsewhere. Somewhere were maybe the oven provides an oven glove or maybe where all thw switches work.... Read more

Avoid! Staff were polite and helpful, but on arrival we ended up having to go to completely different apartments because they’d suffered a power cut. No obvious reception or office. Colleagues were messed about being moved between other apartments around town.... Read more
