Great friendly staff. Room was lovely and so was th2 rest of the hotel. Good parking, plenty of room for my van. Even though I was leaving at 6, which was way before breakfast started, they still went out of their way to make me some sandwiches to go. I will definitely be looking for a room here again if I'm working in the area!... Read more

Very clean and very friendly staff! The room was modern, comfortable and had great wifi. It is off a major street and can only be accessed in one direction. Once inside we didn't hear any road noise. It was a short walk to the tube and Brent Cross mall. We reserved the executive double which I thought would be a bit bigger. Most of the pictures online show a chair next to the bed. Our room, #15 did not have this. There was only about 1 foot on eather side of bed. Not sure I would spend the extra money for the executive room as I'm not sure the room could have been much smaller. The only other issue was the the bathroom could use more light. My daughter is at Uni up the street so I probably stay there again. We did have a car so the free parking was a plus.... Read more

This is England, so don't expect too much. The rooms are small, the wifi spotty, the parking is for child sized. Don't get a room facing the road, it's a major thoroughfare, if you have room at the back, they all back onto the 'designated' smoking area. The breakfast is free and not bad. The rooms are serviceable, and clean. Really is only 2 mins from the tube station. Ideal for one person for a one night stay.... Read more

Had to make a last minute booking and this was a surprise find. Free parking and breakfast included. The decor was clean and modern. I booked the king room which included a minibar, robes and a good sized shower. But what made the stay even more pleasant was the friendly night manager, Aron.. quite cute too! Nothing was too much trouble for him and it made a nice change to speak to someone friendly. Thank u for a fab stay... Read more
