The process of getting everything sorted out before moving in was uncomplicated and we felt well informed. During the first month of renting they were very responsive.
However it turned out that the property had issues with wet ceilings. It took very long till they sent builders. Later, because of a flooding due to heavy rain, the basement was damp and the walls got mould everywhere. From this point on the communication went from spotty to basically non existent. They would not do anything about the mould. This is why we moved out.

My old tenant only gave me three weeks notice of moving out. Hendon Estates found me a new tenant, did extensive checks and referencing, all whilst sorting out an NIC certificate for me. They were straight as arrows in their dealings with me. They gave me accurate values and accurate expectations and never once had to call and re-adjust my expectations because they were honest from the start. I will be using their services again!

The process of moving in and out was very easy and my deposit was returned quickly. During my 3 years tenancy any problems with the property were dealt with quickly. They carry out all maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion and treat their tenants with the utmost care.
