We have been tenants in a house managed by Talbots for three years and have had awesome service. The team (Hayley, Shelly, Simon) are friendly and super-responsive. If we ever called to report an issue, they had someone there to fix it really quickly. We are landlords as well, and wish that the house that we own fell into their area, as they are so much better than the agents we have had managing our property! I thoroughly recommend Talbots.... I called this agency to do a valuation for a divorce and to potentially sell it down the line. Steven who owns the company is the most unhelpful agent I have ever come across! He refused to do a valuation and put it in writing unless he charged me as “he didn’t want to waste his time” to go to the property. I’ve never had this issue before as I have various other properties in other areas that needed valuations and all the agents were highly professional and helpful! This man is simply a money grabber. Do not waste your time using him. There are much better agents around.... Read more

If you havent seen my review on Talbots website. I am posting it on google as well. I've lived in London for 4 years now. On two separate occasions, I rented through Talbots. I had Hayley as my contact agent. I can say without a doubt that she is 100% the friendliest, most professional, honest, efficient, and most helpful person I have met in London. Her replies to emails are extremely swift and she catches up to you with friendly replies to see how you've made out if you were looking for places with other agents. I highly recommend Talbots and if you get the opportunity to make Hayley your contact, I promise you will not regret it.... Read more

Talbots is a criminal estate agency please stay away from them. They are liars and looters, the most dishonest agency you will find in London. In my case they lied to me when I hired them to find a replacement tenant as I was ending my tenancy earlier. Due to their lies and deceit I was left with a loss of over £800. Terrible behaviour, unprofessional attitude and greedy estate agent. Will be complaining to the ombudsman and the CAB.... Read more
