Monday 8th June 2020 it took lots of phone calls with lots of messages being left just to arrange a second viewing. The viewing then took place on the Wednesday 10th June. While on the viewing we decided to make an offer in which we were told would be refused but never the less the agent would get back to us with feedback. Well on Friday, we called for a responses to our offer and can you believe we were told somebody would get back to us !! Nearly a week later and still no feedback or response to our offer. Very unprofessional as these agency is and are instructed to sell properties for their vendors. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on whether you’re working from home or in an office a phone call takes seconds. No excuse for the lack of professionalism.

I purchased my flat through Mackay in 2018 and had a fantastic experience, so when I came to lease it earlier this year it was a no-brainer to go back to them. Rachel was fantastic and helped me through the leasing process which I'd never done before. No question was too stupid and they did everything they could to arrange viewings around my needs. Even now the property is let, they always reply to my emails straight away and are quick to resolve any queries that I have. I simply couldn't recommend them enough.

Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
