Absolute nightmare, the owner of the company came out to sign us up, which took 10 days from our initial enquiry, he then outright lied to my face, told me that it was so important to have an agent who has a high street presence and that 30% of enquiries come through this, was promised Premium listing and Featured property on Rightmove also. This then went live the next day on a standard listing only, so I was not impressed, then within 24 hours got an email - yes email they could not even have the courtesy to call me - stating that the branch was now permanently closed, when I complained and asked them to tell me how they would make up for the marketing being there was now no branch, all they did was cancel the listing altogether, highly un-professional and certainly not a company you should consider using at any costs, they cannot be trusted.

Excellent from start to finish, the whole team were really helpful and professional but Nicky was a star. An Executors sale at a distance is not easy to manage but she took a load off my shoulders. Keeping in touch, chivvying along the buyers, solicitors, valuers, tradesmen etc and always with a cheery manner. Thanks all.

I couldn’t recommend Main and Main enough, from start to finish, every member of staff (Nicky, Abi and Ali to name a few) was so kind and helpful at every stage, especially when we had a nightmare with our lender. They all took the time to do what they could to help and advise, as well as liaising with the seller for us when needed. 10/10 service, we are now happily in our home ??.

I wasn’t entirely convinced that Abigail and Nicky could deliver what they had presented . As I Own a letting agency myself I set very high standards . I think it’s the first time that I have had a company exceed my expectations. They work hard, communication is fantastic , very knowledgable and they enjoy what they do . Well done guys

Exceptional service from valuation to completion. We were so impressed with Main & Main when dealing with them 4 years ago we new there was no question who we'd instruct when it was time to sell. Abi and Nicky have been the dream team for our sale and purchase this time. They've supported me every step of the way when I had questions or there were bumps to navigate. I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the last year and Abi and Nicky have shone far and above - they're professional but also lovely, down to earth people who I look forward to dealing with in future.
