I highly recommend Malverns. They helped with renting my flat in London and then with its sale later on. From the beginning they were professional, extremely efficient, fast-acting, approachable and supportive. They went above and beyond their call of duty-particularly Niki! Malverns have just found new tenants for my flat in Shepherds Bush. As always, professional, approachable and very ‘hands on’, not to mention hard-working. As I can’t visit London at the moment, they took care of everything, including installing a new bed for the tenants. It all went like clockwork and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks Niki and Ria.

I have recently moved to a new rental property with Malverns.
They have been very helpful from the start & willing to answer any questions I may have. Due to covid & being outside London it was difficult for myself to do viewings as they were all virtual, I felt David went that extra mile to ensure I was happy before i signed the contract & he was never pushy. I found some estate agents extremely pushy & just trying to sell, which for me pushes me away.
Since I've moved in I've come across a couple of issues but the team at Malverns have been quick to resolve & i never felt that I was being a burden.
I highly recommend Malverns Estate Agents with thanks to their great customer service.

This was my first interaction with Malverns in my 10 years in London and so far, the attention and service we have received has been outstanding. Our first point of contact was David. A professional and kind agent who made everything a little easier for us considering the pandemic and lockdown. David has shown empathy and we appreciated that. We also would like to thank Claire for all her assistance as we had a little issue with the dishwasher and it was sorted promptly. I have to say at Malverns they are more responsive and efficient than any other agency I’ve worked in the past. Highly recommend.

Claire and her team work with some of the best landlords and Malverns are among the few agents that actively assist you during and after your tenancy begins. They are meticulous about ensuring that all their flats meet the relevant safety standards and are very responsive when properties need maintenance.
