Absolutely brilliant and would recommend without hesitation. James Cutting was excellent, supported by Wilf Wyatt. The flat had been on the market with another well known agent who only secured a handful of viewings over 4 months. James recommended staging the place and once done we had two offers within two weeks, one at the asking price. After a protracted process with the managing agent we completed with no issues. It was worth paying a little bit extra in commission.

Marsh and Parsons employees are absolutely amazing when you’re looking for a flat but this stops as soon as you move in. I did not have hot water for a month, my microwave was broken for 6 months and the lights in my kitchen didn’t work for a year, all because Marsh and Parsons could not reach the owner but they had no problem reaching her to increase the rent by 40%. On the last day of my tenancy, I was then harassed by Wesley Garcia, an associate at Marsh and Parsons, to get the keys back even though I had a written confirmation from the property manager (another Marsh and Parsons employee) that I could return the keys a day late. All in all, the employees are unhelpful and rude.

The negotiator named Manon told me that the landlord managed the property herself and she had a handy man here to take care of things. However, the property is quite old and need repairs, the landlord does not respond until council sent her legal notice.

“I am writing to let you know how utterly satisfied I was with Freddie Ellisdon's professionalism and general attitude, when I visited a few properties with him.
I particularly appreciated how quickly Freddie adapted the properties to view based on the info I would tell him during our visits. Freddie would strive to locate the most relevant properties, instead of trying to 'push' those already seen.
Freddie also was very personable, and made me feel comfortable despite my tendency to distrust the profession.
Regrettably and due to a mishap my side, I finally rented a property through a colleague of Freddie's at your Sloane Square office.
I will however make sure that Freddie be my very first point of contact for any future search.

Very kind and super quick responses! My negotiator Ross Boyd was very helpful and kind all the time from start to the end even though i was very impatient and demanding client. flats I had viewings with him were all nice (just what i was looking for with the budget) and not much different to advertising photos. Some estate agents present too much photoshoped photos and made me disappointed.
