I have dealt with the team at Carter Jonas for just over 30 years. They assisted me originally in purchasing my flat in 1992 and ever since they have handled the letting of the property. I can say without hesitation that the level of professionalism and service in all those years has been absolutely first rate. I have lived abroad in all those years and Carter Jonas staff have been magnificent in handling the property when I have been overseas. A first rate team with incredible attention to detail.

We recently let our newly refurbished two bedroom flat in Earl's Court with the help of the wonderful team at Carter Jonas. Lajla and her team were amazing at every step. Victoria was a joy to work with and took the time to get a real understanding of our personal situation and the property itself, paying particular attention to our concerns from prior difficult tenancies. She was incredibly efficient and presented us with a selection of possible tenants that perfectly matched our requirements in less than 10 days! The paperwork was arranged swiftly and all the required admin was made completely stress free for us. We are absolutely thrilled with our new tenants and delighted with how smooth and painless the process was. We have used other agencies before but will now always come directly to Lajla and Victoria - most highly recommended!

From our first viewing, you showed yourself to be one of the few who truly pays attention to the requirements and comments of the person viewing a property. I could tell that you genuinely cared and understood my urgency and despite the first one not working out, you moved with such speed to find me the second one you continued to impress me.
It wasn’t easy, especially given the time frames I needed to work with andI felt you went over and above to make it happen, all with great candour and a fabulous sense of humour through my various frustrations, whilst of course being a true professional under pressure.
You are by far the best agent I have rented through and that is over some 22 years. You are proactive, resourceful, attentive, smart and sharp and pay attention to the details - everything an excellent agent should be. I am not planning on moving (I’m still unpacking!) but when I do, you’ll be the first person I call.
