She is incredibly responsive, effective and professional. I know from other owners in the block with whom we are in touch that many challenging issues have arisen over the years but we have never have to concern ourselves with them; Justine just manages everything perfectly (and cost-effectively) and keeps us and tenants happy. I had a great renting experience with Chestertons. Aki Rahman was very efficient and professional in finding me a lovely apartment. The property manager Justine Waterman has also been providing flawless services to ensure that the property is well maintained.

We were tenants of a property managed by Justine Waterman from Chesterton’s and I cannot praise her highly enough. She always responded to any issues with efficiency and politeness. When we had water damage, caused by a neighbouring flat, she liaised with the landlord and tenant, instructed a contractor and ensured the issue was resolved in good time to a high standard. Finally she helped with a very smooth check out process and the full return of our deposit.

I would like to personally thank Charlotte Bailly, who made every effort to help me close the deal. She is a great negotiator: patient, knowledgeable, quick to respond and truly professional. As well as that, the whole letting process was clear and transparent.

In fact, if I was to search for a flat again, it is Charlotte I would call first. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
