Buying our new property through Manningford Croft Maclaine has been a delight from start to (nearly) finish. Simon and Nick have been so friendly and helpful. Having met Simon a few times we felt he put a personal touch to dealing with us. We certainly didn't just feel like 'another client'. We are planning on staying in our new home for a very long time but should we get to the point of wanting to sell we wouldn't hesitate to use them. Thanks chaps! Sammy and Ian x

Mark, Nick, Emma and the rest of the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did a brilliant job in selling our house. All emails/phone calls were answered same day, they kept us in the loop, suggested a great solicitor who also very efficiently dealt with the sale. Mark's knowledge of his clients was invaluable and as a result our house sold on the 4th viewing! I know there is an element of luck in that, but if he didn't put 2 &2 together the way he did, I'm convinced we would still be waiting for a sale and we needed to sell quickly. They were honest in their appraisal and market knowledge and listened to our needs and suggestions. All in all it was a great experience. Would thoroughly recommend.
