Just don't go there. Individually very pleasant people, as a firm, hopeless. I engaged them with specific agreed conditions which they all seemed happy with but were totally ignored. They had a tenant in the wings but did not send me any signed hard copy tenancy agreement until the tenant had taken up occupation three weeks previously. They are expensive for poor performance and ignore instructions taking it upon themselves to follow their own devices. Keys taken away preventing cleaners access. More keys cut contra to instruction and overall totally ignored my instructions, contract conditions and expensive to boot.... Read more

Karen and the team provided a first class experience throughout. Operationally Hamptons appear to be very professional and forward thinking - ID checks using open banking didn't half reduce the form filling, for example! Communication via WhatsApp has meant any queries are quickly dealt with. All in all, I cannot recommend highly enough.... Read more
