Very happy with the service received from McFarlane's for our sale; we worked with both Victoria and Christina who were professional, prompt and supported us with our queries as the sale progressed. Having not sold a house for 31 years we needed to be walked through the process, which Paul did with professionalism and care.
He was there every step of the way, going that extra mile to keep us informed, even messaging us at weekends and late into the evenings when needed.

They seem to strike the right balance between the interests of the tenant and the landlord (although I can remember no occasion where these differed). The only challenge that I experienced was when I tried to pay my rent and deposit using a credit card and was not able to. It would have been much easier for me if I could have used a credit card to mitigate the time between paying, and when I received my previous deposit. Other than that, all very good and thoroughly recommended!

They say first time buying is stressful, little did we know first time selling is just as stressful! Katie and the team led us through a mind field of processes and stages with constant communication, reassurance and updates on what was happening. I have no doubt that the property would not have sold/fallen through without their expertise and liaison with all involved. Forget purple bricks and the likes! Invest in exerptise. We had an offer on our property in a month for a figure we were happy with. Excellent service thank you.

A very well run and friendly service is always available at SLCA.
I was the first customer they had on their books when SLCA launched themselves in the business of selling houses as well as renting them out.
My houses sell so well and quickly and i was well pleased with the service they provided.
The owner, Lesley, knows everything there is to know about the selling and rental business. No flies on any of her team either and so friendly throughout.
Wish i had more houses to rent and sell thru SLCA as it's such a pleasure doing business with them!.

The previous agents I used were very poorly organised so I switched to SLCA. I have used them for over 10 years and they have been excellent in every way. They are efficient and organised, and nothing seems too much to ask. I would highly recommend them.

They could not have given better service. I used SLCA as Letting Agents for around six years and always found them to be most helpful in respect of regular property inspections, and more importantly paying rental payments promptly. They also have a good set of subcontractors who can be trusted to undertake any necessary remedial works.
More recently I have used SLCA to sell a property. It was not the easiest property to sell due to its location however SLCA persevered until it was sold. I would have no hesitation in recommending SLCA as either Letting Agents or Estate Agents.
