We were never talked through terms and the director mr cox was unprofessional arrogant when questioned he just said I don’t have to discuss with you , you should read them . He is a total arse stay clear completely in for the money only.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible communication. Did not reply to my emails, and never called me despite stating in an email that they would do so, which meant that I missed out on a property I was incredibly interested in. Even after complaining I received a response that can only be described as a laughable: "Thank you for your email. I am sorry that you are dissatisfied." This was the entirety of it, and the first response from them to any of my emails. Think before you use this company.

A tenant was found straight away.
Stephen and his team were great.
We were looked after by Michael, who was really fantastic to deal with.
We have high expectations, which were met!

I have really good experience with Martin&co Salisbury. I was their tenant for two and half years. All the problem were sorted quickly and efficiently. Check-out and deposit return was fast. I hope to cooperate with the company in the future when I'm buying a property myself. They are really professional. Highly recommended.
