They were very good at communicating with regard to viewings and feedback. The valuation might have been too generous but very good at assessing data as to the number of people have viewed the property online.

I had a very poor experience with Martin & Co Chelsea, specifically due to their property manager, Josh Gledhill. Communication was lacking, and issues with the property were handled poorly and slowly. I felt unsupported as a tenant, and it was a frustrating experience overall.
