Possibly the most bizarre experience I've ever had with a lettings agent. I phoned to enquire about 2 properties to let and secured viewings for each on different days. The first viewing time rolls around and nobody shows up, I wait for half an hour after the viewing slot and try to call the office multiple times but was on hold for ages. I thought "fair enough, sometimes mistakes are made" and that I'd just call them in the morning to rearrange. I had my second viewing the next morning that went totally fine and subsequently managed to get hold of someone from the office. As soon as I'd begun to explain who I was and what the situation was they abruptly put the phone down on me mid sentence...
Totally bizarre behaviour, it seemed like the woman on the phone realised who I was and just decided she couldn't be bothered dealing with me, especially considering I got no call back, no response to my emails or voicemails. I just wanted to view a flat so to be met with at best ignorance and at worst blatant unprofessional behaviour was a little bit jarring. I sincerely hope this is just a big misunderstanding and will edit my review if it's put right but until then. I'd say avoid unless you want to waste two days trying to book a viewing only to have the phone put down on you for no apparent reason. ????

I would highly recommend this agent for going above and beyond to progress my sale to it's conclusion. They have always been positive throughout a complex sales process. They have communicated well with myself and all other parties. I have always been able to rely on them for accurate market advice and honest assessment.

Couldn’t recommend Martin and co for anyone looking to rent or buy we had Jenna she was so lovely and friendly made it feel like a very easy process we move in on Friday and we cannot thank Jenna enough for her efforts making it smooth and quickly!

Naveed & team managed my property for many years while I lived overseas. They were highly professional but also personable and made the process, even when changing tenants very easy. I had no hesitation asking them to act for me when I decided to sell. They gave a great service and advice. I always felt they understood what I wanted and acted with my best interests at heart. I woukd highly recommend the team for either managing or buying/selling properties.
